Mine malfunctioned and badly injured my dog while i was away, i originally posted picture with my review, perhaps they were to graphic as they did show the severity of my dogs injury, but that review was declined. I dont recommend this shock collar, might have been a one time experience but im just happy my dog survived it and thought i should provided a warning to anyone looking to buy it. At minumum, dont leave the collar on your dog unattended

Works great! 2nd time using it I let my dog out and he took off chasing a deer. I scrambled for the remote hitting the sound and vibrate button several times and it stopped him in his tracks. I could see the light on the collar flashing which is quite useful. In the past he was long gone and took awhile to find him or for him to return. Already got my money’s worth. Love this product! Doubt I will need to ever use the shock feature.

So does this come with a new dog or ? BUY IT , that’s it , that’s all! Like idk where to even begin how amazing this collar is. I had a new dog within first use in less than 1 hr and only used the shock about 3 times. Now I only have to use the beeper or vibrate. And tbh don’t even got to. My Pomchi (Pomeranian-Chihuahua) LISTENS all because of this collar ! No more running away , no more ignoring me when called , like he actually even listens to the simple commands he knew and just never cared to listen to. I am in shock and so thankful for this. And for the price !? Yea just buy it. I rarely write reviews but this one , THIS ONEEEEE HAD ME HERE WRITING THIS THE SAME DAY ! it’s lightweight, easy to understand and use, works AMAZING and def works on training ! And my pomchi has a super small neck and it fit perfect I just cut off the extra piece after adjusting to his size . Definitely recommend , don’t walk RUN to checkout with this one !

My pup had no issues wearing the collar- seems comfortable and it is easy to adjust! Very effective! I could tell a difference after the first day and has made life with a pup so much easier. You can vary the vibration which is nice as your pup learns. Great price for the product, battery life seems decent!

Very practical and easy to use. My dog learned quickly and now the walks are much quieter. It is easy to adjust, comfortable and does not cause you discomfort. I like that the levels of correction can be adjusted, so it adapts to what each dog needs.
