We purchased the collar to manage our 3 year old German Shepherd’s bad behavior on one of our fence lines that borders a neighbor who occasionally has a dog in their yard (visiting). We didn’t have an opportunity to properly introduce the dogs (I wish we had). The yard is fenced in, but she will rush that fence line if there is a dog in the other yard, and one time she went over the fence. Time for new action – we bought this collar. We will use the sound twice and then the vibration twice, if those don’t work we will use the shock. The collar has been a great deterrent, and have only had to use the SHOCK twice in a month (once when she went under the fence), now the vibration set on high and definitely gets her attention and she will come back when called. She doesn’t like the collar but as I say to her “if you weren’t such a jerk, we wouldn’t need it”. She is really quite sweet, but this is a behavior that needs attention. We adopted her last year, and I think she has had one of these before. This is a good tool to modify behavior when used properly. We are always out in the yard with her, so it is really helpful to prevent any incidents. The quality of the collar and the receiver are very good. Very easy to set up and charge (when needed) – it comes with a cable that will charge 3 devices at once (we bought the one with 2 collars). If you hit the button on the collar twice it will beep to let you know the charge level (5 for fully charged – 1 for very low). It is easy to modify settings and very intuitive. This is a good buy and it is really helpful.

I bought these a little over a month ago and didn’t actually try to use it till this past week. So of course my return window is closed. It says small to large dogs. 1st I opened 1 box bought 2 so 4 collars to try and teach my dogs to not bark at our neighbors as well as to help my 2 littles not get cranky with each other. I started off with just 1 for my little spicy girl. Well 1 of the prongs does not screw into the collar bc it has no threads. Then the collar is on her and its on correctly I made about sure of that. It was on her for about a week so maybe 2.5 days total. And the button on the collar quit working, it also wouldn’t buzz on the low setting at low. And out in the rain. The plastic on the collar around the button started coming off. Im very disappointed bc I now have 4 collars that will not be used and 1 that couldn’t be used to start with. I tried getting in contact with the seller before posting but that was no good. I’d like a refund and you can have this product it was a waste of time and money.

This particular product is so simple to use for multiple dogs. The collar for the animals plainly have a number one and a number two. So you know which collar is going to be affected simply buy the screen of the remote control. You can affect collar number one, collor number two or both collars very easily by simply pushing the button on the side of the remote. A visual verification is on a large screen on the handheld remote . Colors are a very natural size that can be made for a small animal or they extend for a large animal. They have a red button went off and a green button went on, and even at the lowest levels the audio is still sufficient.. whether you want the buzz, the vibration, or the zap that’s very easily controlled right on the front of the remote, large functional buttons easy to use. Brightly colored orange remote is easily found if misplaced anywhere or perhaps in a dog bag.. I am uncertain of waterproof ability as I have not used it yet, but this appears to be a quality item and I do not expect to have any issues when my animals go walking through the puddles. One side of the remote has up down levels. The opposite side has the on off switch and the channel button, it’s a very functioning remote. Easy to turn on easy to turn off.

Very easy to use with 2 dogs—one medium and one small!! Effective sounds and vibration, rarely use shock even with my wild child 😊 Will definitely continue using!!
