The first Bousnic Dog Shock Collar I purchased had a minor problem which can happen with any electronic device. For me the most important factor is how the manufacturer rectifies the problem.
First thing I did was contact Bousnic and I got my answer back in about 12 hours which was in my opinion super fast. They asked me to make sure it was paired and on Channel 1so I paired and made sure it was on channel 1 and the problem persisted (INTERMITTENT CONTACT). I mentioned to them that when charging the remote transmitter I had to wiggle the USB connection periodically to obtain full charge.
The very next day I got a message back that they were going to warranty the product and gave me 2 options on how to replace it of which both options were more than suitable, very simple at no cost to me.
It took approximately 4 days for the entire replacement and return of funds and in my books you can’t beat that, this company is completely honorable I give them 1000 plus******.
The new collar works perfectly, easy to set up and even easier to operate. I have an 8 month old Rottweiler and he is a handful for my wife and I who are age 75 and 80. We would have major problems controlling our pup without the Bousnic shock collar and we only use the vibration mode at 8, we have never had the need to use the shock nor the Beep mode, that’s how well it works. Another amazing factor is that the receiver is very small and really comfortable for the dog.
Not much more I can say other than I highly recommend this product with no reservations whatsoever, a really great company to deal with and a really great product.

The media could not be loaded.

We adopted a 2.5 year old French bulldog who was not socialized, neglected, and abused. I tried the clicker at first, but she is so hyper I knew she would need a little more. I purchased this same collar for my cocker spaniel Archie, and I never had to use anything but the ringer sound. He was easy to train. My latest pooch, Birdie; she is oblivious to her surroundings lol. she is doing extremely well as for her inside training, crate training, and household manners, she falls into her impulses outside. I got this to train her so there’s no trouble or danger outside. This collar has a beeper, vibration, and a shock. You can use each setting to train your dog. I only used the shock once when Birdie ran too close to the road; wheb we were practicing leash free walking, she jumped so high, only on a level 2, she sat down and waited for me to call her, since then she only needs to hear the bell sound. Prior to the collar, she would get so excited, jumping on every human around, pull and buck her leash, and chase cats, now she does none of that, she is super calm, even without the collar. We only use this collar when we take her for walks or have company, if she begins to act out and not listen. Since using this collar birdie is trainable, much happier and so are we. She stays bye my side where ever we go, where as before the collar she acted as if she didn’t know me or my husband. Charging for both the remote and collar is provided. Everything works as described!

Easy to set up and use! Collar was a little long but it does adjust. It could also easily be swapped into a collar of your choice. It looks and feels durable. Easily an upgrade from the last training collar I had.

We adopted a dog from the shelter and we struggled with leash training for a few months before we finally decided to try an e-collar. She gets overly excited when she sees other dogs and would start pulling, barking, and whining anytime we would get too close to another dog. She is about 50 lbs and very strong, so it was difficult to redirect her and she never cared about pulling against her collar and would just ignore my corrections. I also tried a gentle leader with her, which helped with the pulling but she would still bark like crazy. This e-collar has been a lifesaver and she is a completely different dog now.

We started with just the beeping to get her attention, then moved to the vibrate whenever she ignored the beeping. Once we felt more comfortable with the collar and took her on the first walk with it on, we used the shock setting when we saw the first dog and she started to bark and pull. She ignored level 5/99 and did not respond until level 10, but once we did level 10 she immediately stopped barking and sat beside me and just watched the dog as it passed on the other side of the street.

We have been using the collar consistently for about a month and she has made incredible progress. We are now practicing with her being off-leash so that she can have more freedom to enjoy her time outside. We only use the shock (still at level 15 max) if she is unresponsive to the beep/vibrate and we need to recall her quickly. She has been doing a great job of staying relatively close to us while outside and her behavior when we see another dog has transformed. She will still whine a bit and watch the other dogs because she wants to play, but she stays near us and is no longer barking and pulling.

For the vibrate setting, we usually use this at its maximum level (16), as it seems like it is not that strong and our dog will ignore it completely if we lower the level past 12. The beeping setting has a pretty good range, but we normally use it around levels 5-8 because she responds more to the higher-pitched sound than the louder/lower sound it has at level 1.

For the shock setting, it seems crazy to myself and my boyfriend that this collar can go all the way up to level 99. My boyfriend tried up to level 15 on himself (which is the max we will use on our dog), and that has been plenty for us. Our dog is a shepherd mix and about 50 lbs at 11 months old. We make sure that the collar is snug against her neck and will only use the shock when absolutely necessary. She jumps just a little when we use it, but does not yelp or cry at all.

The battery life on this has been great. I have charged it twice so far overnight, but both times the battery still had 2/4 bars left and I could have used it for longer before charging. We have been using it every day when we go for walks and when we go to the park/fields to play. I turn off the remote and collar when we’re not using them and this might be helping the battery last even longer. The range on the remote is great so far, but I also try to stay proactive to keep her in my line of sight and not let her get too far away before recalling her.

On the remote, it is kind of easy to accidentally switch the remote off or to the second channel if you’re not paying attention and holding the remote wrong. Other than my user-error, I like the controls on the remote and how easy it is to use. I like that this remote gives you the ability to switch quickly between the 3 settings – I have been able to use the buttons quickly when training off leash and my dog looks like she’s about to take off and I need her to come back to me.

Update: A few months after getting the collar, the receiver seemed to stop working out of nowhere. The receiver and remote were both fully charged, but the collar was not making any noises/vibrations/shocks. I reached out to the company and the customer service was excellent. They sent me a new receiver in the mail, free of charge by the end of that same week.

Update: We have had the collar for almost a year now and have used it consistently to train our dog. We almost exclusively use the vibration setting and only need to use it for recall when she is far away – much easier than yelling as loud as I can. The collar has held up well to daily use and our dog’s love of puddles and shallow water. She’s not much of a swimmer so we have not had it tested in deep water/prolonged swimming. This collar really has been a great training tool and helped our rescue make unbelievable progress, and now she gets to enjoy most of her time outside off-leash and free to roam and play.

    Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I’ve been using the Bousnic Dog Shock Collar for a month now, and I am thoroughly impressed by its performance and features. One of the standout qualities of this collar is its exceptional battery life. I’ve been able to use it daily for an entire month on just a single charge, which speaks volumes about its efficiency and longevity.

The collar offers a wide range of functionalities that cater to various training needs. With 99 levels of shock intensity, I appreciate the flexibility it provides. Although I’ve never had to go beyond level 8, having the option to fine-tune the intensity is a great feature for different dog personalities and training situations. Additionally, the beep and vibrate functions have proven to be highly effective alternatives to the shock feature. It’s wonderful to have multiple options to suit my dog’s response and sensitivity.

What truly amazed me is the collar’s remarkable reach. I once had to correct my dog’s behavior from a whopping 1km away, and the shock still worked flawlessly. This kind of range is a game-changer, especially for outdoor activities and off-leash training.

The collar’s durability and build quality also deserve a mention. Despite my dog’s rough play and occasional scratching, the collar has held up remarkably well. It’s evident that Bousnic has put in the effort to design a reliable and sturdy product.

In conclusion, the Bousnic Dog Shock Collar has proven to be an invaluable training tool for me and my furry friend. The extended battery life, versatile functions, and impressive range make it a standout choice for any dog owner looking to enhance their training efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend this collar to fellow pet parents seeking a high-quality and effective training solution.

Works fairly well. I use it with a 6LB Min-Pin to get and keep her attention. I’ve only used the sound and vibrate so far as that has been enough. I tested the electric on myself. I couldn’t even feel it until level 4. I’m told that some dogs are more sensitive so start at the lowest setting. Be sure you take the time to learn how to use it and include a lot of positive reinforcement.

I hot-glued a piece of the excess collar to the underside of the clasp so fir and skin didn’t get pinched there. See pic.

    Pros:
Low price. The “Pro” ones are over $200
    Simple controls that just work
Backlit LCD screen that you can easily read in the dark or in direct sunlight.
    Wide range on the controls
    Fits my 6LB Min-Pin
Transmits well even under large power line towers.

    Cons:
Could be a little smaller for my Min-Pin
My dog knows when she’s wearing it and when she’s not and responds or not accordingly but the training night is young…

    Weird Quirks:
When you charge the collar, it turns on so turn it off when you unplug if you’re not using it.

    Enjoy!

I had a similar product previously but the clips holding the collar on broke and rendered the unit useless. After some research I decided on this unit. It had much better clips than the other and has held up nicely. The Bousnic unit has a LCD display for the mode and battery strength, an on/off slider switch (which seems backwards to me) and a 1/2 collar selection for 2 collars, it also has tone, vibration and e-stim. Various levels of each can be set easily and independently. The vibration is strong. The tone actually seems to change tone rather than just volume. Some of the lower levels are very hard to hear. The e-stim has a wide range of levels too and worked well. I seldom use e-stim and recently noticed the dog did not respond to it. I checked the unit on myself and thought the stim was weak. I thought I could feel it more set in the 20s than I could in the 70s. A light on the bottom of the unit flashes green when tone or vibration is triggered. It flashes red with the e-stim. I will be in contact with the seller to see if this is normal.

UPDATE: I messaged amazon customer service and they forwarded the info to the supplier. They said i should hear something in a few days. 2 days later a package arrives at my door. A replacement collar was inside. Hats off to Bousnic for the great customer service and the replacement. Overall I would give 4.5 stars for this product and service. Thank you Bousnic!

Our family dog is a large, 88-pound Afghan-Golden Doodle mix known for stubbornness. Initially used a PetSpy training collar but dissatisfied as its tone and vibration are too weak, even at maximum levels. Switched to the Bousnic collar, which offers a very loud beeping tone with variations and a strong vibrate function with multiple levels. The tone feature effectively captures our Doodle’s attention, instantly stopping unwanted behavior. The vibrate function works well in recalling him when he doesn’t come on first recall command. Although I haven’t used the shock feature on him, I tested it on myself at level 5 out of 99, and it would definitely grab his attention without causing harm. I wouldn’t recommend using it at a higher level unless your dog is an extra large breed or has . Overall, the Bousnic collar significantly improves training effectiveness and unwanted behaviour.
This unit is excellent for small, medium, large, and extra large dogs or possible aggressive behavior in dogs.
    I highly recommend this product.

    PROS:
    – 3 modes with separate levels for each mode
    – highly effective
    – light weight and not bulky
    – good response from animal
    – transmits effectively over a considerable range

    CONS:
    – Collar strap buckles may seem questionable, but functional
