Great toy. Durable, flies well, easy on the dogs mouth when catching, we’ve bought over a dozen of these.

3 aylık pomerian köpeğime small biraz büyük geldi ancak büyüdükçe daha rahat oynayabilir, severek oynuyoruz. Ara sıra çekiştirmesine rağmen 2 haftada herhangi bir deformasyon oluşmadı.

Our 4 month old shihpoo is very high energy and loves fetching and carrying around balls and sticks, especially palm fond bark, so I thought she would be a good candidate for the frisbee. I will be starting her out tomorrow but already did some basic indoor training with her on it. I can see how they might not seem to be the most durable, but they still seem oddly resistant to her teeth that she uses all the time. She still hasn’t chewed through any of her nylon leases that she chews on all the time so I expect they will hold up for awhile. These seem to roll better than the Kong rubber frisbees and definitely seem easier to catch and carry around than the rubber frisbee for a puppy starting out. It would be nice if they had a fuzzy frisbee like a tennis ball since that would be the easiest for a shoodle to catch with their razor sharp teeth but the nylon would definitely be more durable and most like her favorite chew toy, her nylon leash.

È piaciuto molto al mio cane. Vola bene e galleggia in acqua. Ottimo per giocare sulle rive del lago

I bought the Hyperpet, Chuckit, and the Cosmic frisbees for my 45 lb dog. Who likes to chew. And I do not practice “toy discipline.” All 3 are durable, can’t say what the limits are yet. She has destroyed other frisbees with ease. The Hyperpet is the best for throwing in light wind. It seems to inflate quite a bit as it spins, it’s a bit unusual. I think this gives it extra hang time. In strong wind, this is a minus. Its texture most appeals to my dog. The Chuckit is much better in stronger wind. It’s a heavier disc and doesn’t inflate as much. I can throw it farther. It has a waterproof coating which my dog has chewed away after maybe 8 hours of use?. I’m assuming that this is something that is nontoxic-it could be silicone, which can be non-toxic. This was good in the beginning because they all get soaked from drool without such a coating, making the Chuckit nicer to throw. The Cosmic is the most floppy of the 3, and is the least good for throwing. But it is still good for throwing, and it has brought many hours of fun for my dog. The Cosmic is perhaps the gentlest on my dog’s mouth, and she loves it as a tugging toy. Once again, I don’t do “toy discipline.” She has torn holes in the Cosmic, it doesn’t fly as well now. But she loves it still. I also got a ring throwing device that she destroyed in ten minutes when I didn’t notice she had it. That shall remain unnamed. I recommend the Hyperpet, Chuckit, and Cosmic discs.
Update: after 3 months, the Chuckit disc is dead, with holes along its perimeter making it not flyable. The Hyperpet is still going strong, despite its seemingly less durable construction; I still like throwing it, and I can throw it more precisely than the Chuckit (the other family members cannot throw it as well as I can, but I played a lot of Ultimate years ago.) But the other family members prefer the Chuckit because of how well it works in heavy wind, and so it gets more use. I’m buying another Chuckit, seeing as my dog loves playing frisbee with it. The dog plays frisbee almost every day, sometimes for over an hour a day, so that’s $0.10 to $0.25/day.

This is a super “training frisbee” for your dog or puppy to learn on without making a mistake and knocking their teeth out. My GSD loves to chase her frisbee but was nervous to attack it. So a few tosses with this and she chomped it! I made a motion of my hands like a Pac-Man and clomped it while tossing it straight up (not like a frisbee yet) with a spin in the air and she seems to understand. She sniffed and watched it blink I to trees and after three shots she’s caught it! She was very proud and tick tick tick trotted it back to me with her tail and head held high!
Its flight patch was surprisingly good! It really spun well and much farther (or is it further? I always forget which…anyway,) than I had ever expected a cloth disc to go! I am not great at throwing discs despite my age and having the same glow in the dark moon lighter frisbee since 1975 or 77 but this thing really flew! It did SO much better than the flying squirrel which was just a toy thrown through the air. This glided and spun, and cascaded quite beautifully with its para flight ability or whatever it’s called. I thought it would suck but it blew me away for less than a fin! After 5 min with this, she caught an old yellow disc golf I found but was afraid of the green chewed up nerfdog disk which flew great but was like a saw blade in the air. The blue one didn’t fly as it was warped. THIS WON! It’s so light , you won’t knock out any windows or teeth. I used it in the house but that went as one would expect. I have a very small and very full house, though. Outside, in mild wind it did surprisingly well!!! As well as the frisbee, nerfdogdisks (better than the green and the blue) miles better than the flying squirrel rope circle and performed as well as the disc golf driver disk! It floats too! Flew just fine after getting wet also. I was really surprised, I thought it would be a indoor training frisbee only but it’s amazing outdoors! It won’t go 200’ ultimate style but neither will my dog..,yet? Anyway, it is a Great product!
Only downside is if your dog is a chewer. My shepherd isn’t, she’ll give it a shake if it hurt a bit or if she really wants to kill or snap the flying circle’s neck —- whatever dogs imagine when catching n shaking discs— but if your doggo wants to eat it’s prey, it won’t last. It is totally safe for puppies imo. I’d use it with my puppy if she was 12 weeks old and chasing things but make the reward another toss versus gnawing on or ‘gutting’ the toy. 5 stars all day! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ it’s durable for this kind of okay but wouldn’t be at All if your dog doesn’t “drop it” or is a chewer. Super fun at dog park!

I’ve tried a few flying discs in the $15–$20 range, and the Chuckit! Paraflight easily comes out on top. It flies well, holds up to regular use, and the price is hard to beat.
One suggestion: a glow-in-the-dark version would make evening play sessions even better.
As for the complaints about durability—this is a flying disc, not a chew toy. If you let your dog gnaw on it or use it for tug-of-war, it’s going to get shredded. That’s true of any disc. Use it as intended, and it performs exactly as promised.

My miniature poodle plays frisbee or ball every day. The paraflight is by far his favourite of the 6 different frisbees he has. Glides nicely, easy on his mouth to catch and very durable. After every throw he likes to tug on the frisbee with you before giving it to you to throw again. This frisbee gets lots of wear and lasts for years.
