Scouts honor, dog shampoo is absolutely the best and I’ve tried them all. It gets them very clean and the probiotics are great for flaky skin probiotics are great for all kinds of skin. The smell does not last that long because it is not added perfumes. It’s all natural so that goes without saying. They have conditioner spray and probiotic spray which I buy both of them so if they need some freshening up, you can just spray them with either one of these and they can be used daily. I have a short haired dog and I do like the conditioning spray it’s not too heavy and it moisturize his skin and make them smell good. This is hands-down, the best dog shampoo on the market. It is good for problematic skin and as I said before it’s probiotic, we all should be using probiotic barrier creams, and soaps. I would highly recommend I’ve been using it for years fantastic product fantastic price.

This shampoo is lovely smelling and great for combating ginger yeasty paws; my dogs’ paws are almost white again. Really pleased with this purchase. A little goes a long way too.

This is a trusted brand. I’ve never had a problem with it. I have a new puppy. After reading 1 star reviews, I was a little concerned. There are a lot of bad comments. Maybe their pets were allergic to it. Maybe they didn’t get all of the soap off. I does not stink. Probably just a preference that they didn’t like. It’s not a strong scent either. A little goes a long way. I did shake the bottle as stated on the label. I was careful with his eyes. No issues. You do know that anything that says it’s safe for the eyes usually has a numbing ingredient. Right? I ordered the puppy shampoo anyway. I only used a little bit at a time. I added just a little water to my hand. It lathers well. It smells good. I rinsed and rinsed him well. I got under the arm pits, the feet. In between his toes. All of those places just rinsing the soap off doesn’t get to. He looks so clean. He smells clean. No itching. Previously I did use the cat formula because it’s all I had. He itched like crazy. It’s possible I didn’t get all of the soap off. Also possible since it’s made for cats and something in it didn’t agree with him. The puppy shampoo worked out great though. He smells a little like coconut. It’s a light scent and he smells good. This bottle will last a while. I will purchase again. Oh and packaging was perfect. No damage or shampoo leaks.

I opened my box to find 1/4 of the contents of the shampoo bottle all over the box and other product. As you can see, the bottle was in the open position inside of its protective baggie. I did not move or alter what was inside, I opened it and immediately took photos. This is unacceptable. Product is wasted because it was not packed properly…nor likely handled properly by the carrier. Come on! We know carriers toss boxes and aren’t careful with them! If your top is easily opened, put a sticker over the top so it doesn’t pop up and leak. (It was NOT super easy to pop open, btw)

Amazon, I put this here because I couldn’t find a place to leave this feedback. Please adjust your packaging criteria. And please talk to your carriers. Please reach out to me to resolve my disappointment…..I am HIGHLY frustrated that I paid for an item that came to me 1/4 wasted and completely messy!

As far as the shampoo, it does smell very nice. SUPER thick. I diluted a little tonight and bathed the dog b/c we are anxious for her to have relief from her itching. I will update on coat softness and (HOPEFULLY) reduced itching when I can tell better if it worked.

Cleans well, leave fur soft and smells amazing. I’m hooked!
