Open package and the top pads were totally dry, but I found if I turned the container upside down the solution wet all the pads it seems like the solution is on the bottom and if you turn it upside down, it’ll moisten all of them so they’re usable. I was going to return it, but I thought I’d give that a try and it worked.

These are actually unscented! My cat lets me use these on her with only minimal resistance, and without needing to excessively lick and clean the area afterwards.

I’ve ordered several other brands that claimed to be unscented but actually had very strong sweet floral scent. I do NOT understand that! I don’t want fragrance in my own personal care products. Cats and dogs have a much more sensitive sense of smell and we can’t clean them up without leaving that residue on them?! Especially when it comes to cleaning on their head, face or in the ears, so close to their poor little noses. I could NOT STOP my cat from trying to wash herself after using the highly scented products, and the labels say to not let them lick the area while the product is wet.

These are a life saver! I used them to treat an ant bite bump on her leg. She sniffed and inspected her leg, licked it a couple times, then left it alone to dry! Her ears have seemed itchy lately, so I used a second pad wrapped around my fingers to clean her ears. That went over WAY better than the times I’ve cleaned her ears by squirting in the super-sweet smelling ‘Melon scent’ otic liquid and trying to massage it into the base of her ears as she tries to shake it out and run away and it drips all over her. I think her ears have seemed less itchy but it’s only been a couple days. So, all together, these pads are great, we love them!

My Experience
Right away, I noticed the scent is mild and neutral, which is a huge plus – no overpowering perfumes here. The wipes themselves are commendably strong and durable, holding up well even wehn rubbing away tougher dirt. The packaging is also well-designed; the container seals nicely and transports well, making it easy to toss into a bag for outings.

I primarily use these wipes on my Cattledog’s paws and underbelly after our hikes and walks on city streets. They do an excellent job of removing dirt and grime, keeping him cleaner between baths. Beyond my own pup, I also care for friends’ dogs, and these wipes have been fantastic for a quick freshen-up after walks or playtime before they head home. They really help to remove any lingering dirt and odours, leaving the dogs feeling much cleaner.

While my dog doesn’t have the specific folds or wrinkles some breeds do, their effectiveness on paws and general freshening makes me confident they’d handle those areas well too, especially with their gentle skin-friendly formula and nourishing ingredients like Aloe Vera and Coconut Oil.
