To be noted, although Wild Alaskan Fish Oil is considered great for both dogs and humans, first check that the added fat is not going to work against your pet’s health. For example, if your dog has or is suspected of having Cushing’s disease, they need to be on a low-fat diet. Regardless that Omega 3 fish oil is nutritious, it is a high fat supplement. Have bloodwork performed before placing your pet on any supplement or change in diet.

This is a great product and after a month of use I can see and feel an improvement in my dogs skin. My Blue Heeler is about 12 to 15 human years old and can be less than motivated to eat, but when she sees this orange bottle of “special sauce” it entices her to eat. Highly recommend, just don’t order in the hot summer months. Product requires refrigeration after opening, but I was reluctant to use because I didn’t get home quickly after delivery so it sat for hours in the 100° hot summer sun. No worries, manufacturer sent a replacement.
My dog likes the taste, she gets it on half of her meals, 1/3rd cup of IAMS with a full squirt twice a day is the correct dosage for her weight. Less itching, skin feel smooth and she looks comfortable. Appearance of her skin has improved.The large bottle is a great value and will last for many months. But it, you dog will benefit greatly!
