My skin tends to dryness but I use homemade oil cleansers and moisturizers. I’ve also been told I have rosacea with sensitive skin. Admittedly, I saw this on some reel. I was intrigued by the price (first and foremost) followed by the applicability – slated for skin and scalp. It’s recommended for NIGHT use but I couldn’t wait and applied it to my cleansed skin with my fingertips early this. I knew I was staying in all day and avoided the harsh day’s sun. No tingles experienced. This water-based acid did not dry out my skin, either. I ended up washing it completely off late afternoon when I needed to drive somewhere. I have noticed a rosacea flare-up to my cheeks which is a first in a long while.
Perhaps this one’s not for my dry skin type? I will try the Lactic Acid Serum-based from this brand next. The cost is so reasonable and low. If this line of exfoliators work, I’m sold for life.
My only caveat are the ingredients. I couldn’t locate the actual ingredient list on this listing and now that I see it, it’s way too many for my comfort level. (-1)

Se aplica de noche con un algodón y hace su función por la noche. Pica un poco, por lo menos a mi. Pero al día siguiente te levantas con la piel radiante. Lo uso ahora cada 3 días por si acaso. No os olvidéis de echar protector solar nunca, la piel queda muy sensible. Lo recomiendo, buena calidad aun precio muy asequible

I’m loving The Ordinary’s glycolic acid exfoliant! I wanted to find a exfoliant that wasn’t so harsh on the skin and this chemical one did not disappoint. This product is amazing for removing dead skin cells and unclogging pores, leaving my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. The glycolic acid really gets deep into the skin to dissolve dirt and impurities, giving me a brighter complexion.
But what’s also surprising is how well it works on other areas – I tried using it on my armpits to tackle bacteria that causes odor, and it’s been a total game-changer! Highly recommend this product for its exfoliating powers and versatility!

This is an amazing product. I’ve been using it for a few things: my face. Cell turnover and hydration. It’s done a brilliant job of bringing moisture to my face while taking away dead skin cells and brightening the look of my skin. Also, my face isn’t so rough anymore, it’s become much softer.
I also have those dreaded skin bumps on the back of my arms. (KP? I think they’re called.) This Glycolic Acid from The Ordinary is helping the bumps to become smooth and lessen over time. Although not as quickly as I would like. But that’s my problem, I’m very impatient. It’s the best product I’ve used for this issue out of at least five!
Overall, I would recommend this product for a slew of issues (even dandruff). It is safe, effective and inexpensive.
