First thing to note the 28 strips labeled on the box is 14 upper and 14 lower strips (each pack has an upper and lower strip).
The whitening strips did work well for me. I’m a daily coffee drinker and these helped whiten my teeth a few shades. They were easy enough to apply and did not shift around for the duration. They did feel a little uncomfortable, but all types of whitening strips have the same effect on me. They do state they are good for sensitive teeth, but I did notice some slight tingling and had some extra teeth sensitivity after using these (nothing major though).
The one issue I had was the coverage for the bottom teeth. The strip was very small compared to the upper strip which gave me coverage clear back to my molars.

Minimal Sensitivity: Since I do have sensitive teeth, especially my teeth in the back, there was some nerve pain and tingling that did NOT feel good while applying the treatment, but the sensation did not linger afterward, and I didn’t notice any increased sensitivity. The strips adhere well initially, but they can occasionally slip a bit if you’re moving around too much during the treatment, so just be careful and try to be still when using them.

These strips are not very long. I tried one on my bottom teeth and it covered only 5 teeth. They are a bit messy and move around so leaving them on for 30 to 60 minutes can be problematic. They say they are made of coconut oil but to me they have a chemical taste. I will not continue to use them, therefore cannot comment on their Whitening ability.

These are some of the best whitening strips I have ever used, they also taste great. Some people say they leave a residue after you take them off but all whitening strips do that it’s the whitening solution you just brush your teeth after.
I am at least 6 shades brighter, will order these again for sure.
