So here is what I found out. It does jiggle every 30 seconds. However, it does not turn off after 2 minutes (none of the Oral B toothbrushes turn off-they say it provides more opportunity for customers). Also, the Series 2 does NOT connect to the app. The operating instructions are terrible. I got more information from Google where many others had the same questions. I am still not sure which setting is which. Also, it is very messy as it drips when I brush. Again, others had the same complaint. I don’t think I would recommend it, although It’s a great concept. According to Oral B, this is supposed to be a low cost basic option. It is very basic.
