I wasn’t quite prepared for how small a 2ml vial is, but that would be my fault. They are actually the perfect size for trial blends of essential oils. Only issue I really wasn’t pleased with was the dispensing cap that comes with them. They are not really designed to allow oil to escape. I made out better by just leaving them off and putting my finger against the opening which isn’t the greatest way to dispense essential oil.

I searched all over for the best price on GOOD quality, thick glass bottles and these are the winner!
These are THICK, sturdy glass. (The thin glass bottles are dangerous because they will shatter in your hands and cut you as you try to push the clear plastic orifice reducer in place, not only wasting your oils but leaving you in bandages for a week!) The lids screw on securely and I have had ZERO issue with any of them leaking.
People always seem to need to ‘borrow’ my oils. Since I don’t want to keep track of who has a bottle of my expensive oils, I keep a stash of these 5/8 dram sample bottles on-hand so I can fill a small bottle and give it to any friend that asks to use my oils. I have also found that the DoTerra brand cap stickers fit the tops of these bottles perfectly!
These are the size bottles you need if you are buying an essential oil key chain or having one custom made on Etsy. Most key chains fit these 5/8 Dram (2 ml) bottles.
The bottles shipped in small boxes of 12, which I really liked because I can tuck a small box of 12 with my oils and swap the boxes out as they are used, as opposed to knocking over a huge box with a bajillion pieces in it every time I reach for my oil case. The bottles came securely packaged and I had zero broken bottles.
I’m impressed with the quality of this brand and will continue ordering from this company. I just added an essential oil key chain case to my pool bag after my father-in-law was stung by a hornet drowning on the surface of the water. (Frankincense will instantly reduce the pain of ANY sting including bee, hornet, wasp, yellow jacket and scorpion!) I decided that I needed to keep a few vials on-hand at the pool for scrapes and stings. I continue to find a multitude of uses for these little bottles!

I hate giving this item 4 stars as it’s perfect except the size is misleading in the pics. They do show the sizing in the one pic and Amazon noted to check sizing before ordering, but the pics themselves give an appearance of larger jars. Maybe adding a pic with it next to a penny would be helpful.
I noticed some reviews noting that they leaked, but I tested this out after receiving and didn’t find that being a problem. The caps themselves have a foam insert which prevents them from leaking when tightened to the bottle opening. Although there is an included plastic insert to make it do drops at a time which I didn’t test for leaking as I don’t need them. But I did insert them into the opening of the bottles and they are tight, so I personally don’t see that as a reason they’d leak either. So, I’m not sure why some noted this as an issue.
I ordered these because I need to measure liquids with a syringe; without the needle attached; for pet flea drops. The opening on the bottle was large enough to accept a 1ml syringe and enough room to tilt to the sides.
I especially liked that the bottles have flat bottoms on the inside. Others I had ordered from a different vendor had a bubble bottom and a very tight opening, making it extremely difficult to get all the liquid. So yes, these are perfect 👍

I wanted something that is small enough for me to carry around a variety of colorful inks for dip pen. Seal is important to me as having leaking ink is definitely recipe for disaster — these little things sure can be trusted for that.
The only con for my usage is that the width of the container is a bit too narrow for any of my pen tip to reach past the base of grip. When the ink gets low I often have to pour the rest out to the lid to use it.
It’s not a perfect option but it’s a fair choice for my usage.

These are leak proof and seal well. They are also durable and easy to use when adding liquid. They worked well for mu project.
