07/27/2025 – Update! Vendor reached out to me with an apology and refund offer. However, I had already returned the item to Amazon and received my refund. Nevertheless, it was nice of them to reach out and attempt resolution.

There are several things wrong with this product. #1 The actual item does not fully resemble the picture on Amazon. #2 There are no instructions on how to charge. I had to fumble around with it for a while before I figured it out. #3 By the time I got the “units” charged, (yes, there are multiple units to be charged) and ready to put on, it was IMPOSSIBLE for the item to stay on. Oh, yeah, and #4, there should be instructions on how to put it on. Garbage product!
