I like red light (helps promote collagen production) and blue light (soothes skin and improves acne) the most. The hot and cold alternating modes are also very practical, especially the ice compress function, which is refreshing and comfortable to use on the face, very suitable for getting up in the morning to reduce swelling. And the heating and cooling speed is very fast, which is really great.
