Turns off after just a minute, it takes forever to switch from heat to cold. Maybe I got a dud but its a terrible machine. You should be able to just push the button and switch from hot to cold, but mine just turns itself off. The vibration does not work at all. I am returning it for something else.

The product was fantastic when it was working, but I only got two weeks out of it and now it won’t turn on at all. Waste of money for it to break so quickly.

I’ve been using this device for about a week and it’s become a twice-daily part of my facial routine, indispensable.
After cleansing, I apply serum (frankincense, myrrh, rose absolute in carrier from dan reigler), then my diy butters/grapeseed oil emulsion, then make it soak in with this device.
I work thru the settings: warm (some say its not warm enough…I get that, but it works good enough for me), then the sonic warm (the only part I avoid is the thyroid area), then I stop and apply my cold-pressed green coffee bean oil under my eyes. Start up again and move to the cool setting…Best part!!!…all around my eyes and mouth area.
I discovered that after I turn it off from using the cold setting, it warms up. This residual heat is applied to my thyroid area..not letting that heat go to waste.
I clean it with rubbing alcohol sprayed onto a clean, repurposed/dedicated cotton dinner napkin.
While cleaning the device, I’m steam-heating a clean cotton washcloth (bought a bunch of white ones at my local dollar shop) in my also-fantastic nanosteamer purchased on amazon. 20 minutes after using the Touch Beauty device, I finish with a steaming moist facial washcloth. Best part of my routine!

I’m a film make up artist and my actors LOVE this and ask me all the time what’s the name or the link of the product. It’s an extra step on the routine but makes them feel special and pampered. I find that the skin after a few weeks using it in the cold setting makes the skin softer on skin with open pores or textured skin. I use the hot setting on mature or puffy skin and I assure you it depuffs the skin and makes the skincare absorb better
