The first product I got did not hold a charge more than two days. I tried to contact the company directly, but heard no response so I returned it through Amazon. I got the replacement, which seemed to work well for the first week and I mistakenly threw out the box. It needs to be always plugged in and turns off randomly while brushing my teeth. Sometimes it won’t turn back on even when it’s fully charged and only been on for 30 seconds. I think it provides a good cleaning when it works, but it does not work as it should.

it only lasts for one brushing and it easily turns off and have to be very careful not touching button close by. although like brush it’s soft for my gums!

I suffer from extreme sensitivity that has always prevented me from being able to use an electric toothbrush. This device is amazing. Variable speeds and different brush heads with varying softness have made it perfect for my issues! At the 6 month mark the device quit charging unfortunately but I contacted ProSys directly and they overnighted a replacement product which was above and beyond for customer service. I highly recommend this device especially if suffering from sensitivity.

This is a fantastic toothbrush! The sensitive brush for gums is the absolute softest brush I’ve ever used. It provides a superior cleaning but very gentle. If you have gum issues, as I do, I’d highly recommend this product!

So far, one of the best electric toothbrushes I have purchased. Lightweight yet throughly cleans teeth and gums. Comes with a variety of toothbrush heads designed for both functionality and preference. Their customer service is top notch as well!

I’ve head of so many electrical toothbrushes but I can’t believe I haven’t heard of this amazing toothbrush! I’ve been using this toothbrush for about 2 months now and I love it. It came with the gentler “feather soft” toothbrush head for sensitive teeth/gums which I’ve been using. I have sensitive and receding gums so getting a toothbrush that can helps me to brush well without over-brushing was important. There’s a 30 sec timer that pauses for a second to help you time 30 seconds, and shuts off after 4 30-sec intervals. If I want to brush a little more, i can turn it back on and the 4 30-sec intervals will restart. There are 5 levels of vibration/speed settings. It also came with a “normal soft” and a “ultra soft” bristle heads too. I think the different bristles they sell allow for stronger brushing, if that’s what you need. Also, the bristle heads are all very slim so it’s super easy when brushing your teeth. Basically, I have no complaints. Go and buy this! 🙂

Purchased two Pro-sys toothbrushes for me and my husband in july, 2022. I held off reviewing until I’ve had a chance see how well this toothbrush holds up. My husband’s unit failed within 10 months of purchase. Charging it did not help. It would not turn on at all. It simply failed. He will have to contact the manufacturer since it should be under warranty. My unit is still working and in comparison I do like this vibrating head more than my Oral B rotating head. I brush two times/day and it has consistently held the charge for 20 days at full charge.

This brush works well for those that have tooth sensitivity. Feels like a massage every time I use it. Makes me want to brush even longer. Highly recommend trying these trying.
