When I say this thing is solid, I seriously mean it’s solid. It’s about the size of a smart phone. In fact, from a distance it can be mistaken for one. It’s quite thick and had some heft to it. I really love that this thing is rechargeable because it makes it very portable and increases its utility greatly. The instruction booklet is very detailed and will get you started if you’re a novice concerning red light therapy. It is pricey but this is a quality red light therapy lamp and it’s absolutely worth it.

For starters it is very easy to charge up and operate. So many pros. I love that the kit comes with a stand because the unit is heavier than my phone and I prefer to position the adjustable stand and place the unit on the stand so it aims at my face. I also appreciate the super compact safety glasses that seem to fold and bend to make it incredibly compact and so portable and it was securely in a separate box. Every piece was in a separate box so not to disturb other parts for best packaging. I really appreciated that esp bc of the weight n material differences. Next up it was so easy to use. I suffer from proper and adequate sleep for years, not a fan of going out in the Florida heat for adequate sun exposure so this made it a good alternative. After using it for several weeks, i noticed some improvement on my ability to sleep and slightly longer sleep yay.
I find the red lights are plentiful and very bright. That’s where the safety glasses come in. It provides an additional layer of protection to the eyes. I make sure my eyes are always closed so the addl later of safety glasses help but I still feel it could be darker which is my only con. The stand is also super well made, metal and so adjustable , not only does the base spin but the height and angle also is adjustable. Woo hoo. It is solid so it can hold up the unit very well since the unit has good weight also.
I feel that when I can find something that can help improve my sleep in any fashion is value for money spent. I didn’t see a big change early on nor do I use it every day but I do try to use it more regularly and over some weeks could slowly start seeing some changes in my sleep.

This “Mini Red Light Therapy” device by Bioredrlt is pretty neat. I think that the fact it is so compact is its main selling point really. It is the size of a large smartphone. I thought it was fairly heavy. Heavy enough that you won’t want to do like the model is showing in the listing photo- hold it up to your face with your own strength for the 10-minute running time. Fortunately, this comes with a metal stand you can place it on. With how heavy this red-light device is, that stand can be tipsy if you don’t angle it just right. They do send a bit of double-sided tape so you can permanently stick it somwhere and secure it down- I don’t think I would want to do this. It is easy enough to place it on the stand on a table or the tall arm of an armchair and hold your hand on the base of the stand, so it doesn’t tip and then just place your face where you want it to be- that seems the best method to me so far with this light. It comes with a protective silicone case, that makes it easier to hold onto (much like a cell phone case.) It also comes with some foldable dark safety glasses, which are a good idea if you are planning to open your eyes at all really near this. But you can easily just start it without looking at it and then place your face near it all without having to use the glasses. This doesn’t come with instructions really, but it is simple in that there is only the one power button, and no modes to choose from. Your only choice here is on or off. The simplicity appeals to me. This is a rechargeable battery, charge it fully before your first use. They supply the usb ended cord, you need to supply your own wall adapter, or you can plug this into a laptop usb port they say if you want to charge it that way. It has a 10-minute auto running time, and then it shuts off on its own. I think this is one of the most practical size options for a good quality red light device, I’m very happy with it so far.
