Product works on a timer, it is not continous. After five minutes it automatically shuts off. You can only use a mode once a day, although you can use three diffrent modes in a day. I would have not purchased this product had that been stated. It really is no use to me, honestly. I have had my lymph nodes in my neck removes to cancer and purchased to aid in lymphatic massage in my neck. This product lasting only five minutes is less effective than rubbing my throat with my hand. Clearly if this was stated in the product description I would have not purchased.

I am 45, and bought it as a handy facial tool within budget. Have used it 4-5 times, with moisturiser, cold cream, raw milk, potato water. I have noticed it helps the product in getting absorbed into my skin. I have also noticed a brightness on my face, and a smoother forehead. The heat and vibration setting gives a relaxing effect, it has greatly helped in reducing the tired look from my face even on a Friday, so Happy with it.

I ordered product in April and received quickly and was impressed with quality of product. I wanted to use for facial and a recent scar tissue from a broken shoulder.
I liked everything about it except now after 5 months it will not charge. Since I had no issues with it beforehand I disposed of box and directions. Previously had no issues with charging. Disappointed now. I figured since I spent a little more on it I would get better lifetime.
