Works good but the one thing I don’t like is the magnet isn’t strong enough to take the top off so I have to either use my finger nail or a knife to take it off

The Canslab SE, Ultrablde SE is a game-changer for anyone seeking an easy, reliable way to open cans—especially for those with disabilities, injuries, or recovering from surgery, like myself after rotator cuff surgery. Designed for hands-free operation, this rechargeable, cordless can opener allows you to open cans effortlessly using just one hand, as shown in the accompanying video.
It cuts smoothly along the side, leaving no sharp edges, making it safe and practical. The lid can even be replaced for a perfect fit, making it easy to store unused portions or repurpose the can for small-item storage after cleaning.
This opener features a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts many hours between charges, eliminating the need for disposable batteries or tangled cables. Charging is simple via USB-C. Its quick and easy operation requires only a press of the large button to start. The opener circles the can once, but you must press the button again to stop. At that point, it pauses, reverses slightly, then shuts off. If the button isn’t pressed, it will continue to go around the can until stopped manually.
To remove the lid, the built-in magnet lifts it effortlessly. If the lid is stuck, a retractable lid picker easily removes it—something I’ve found useful, though simple and hassle-free to perform.
I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for an electric can opener that can be used anywhere—even camping!

This can opener works great, easy to use and it’s great that you can charge it up and not replace batteries all the time.
For someone who has arthritis and can’t work a manual opener it’s Great.

I broke my wrist on an Alaskan hiking trip and didn’t even realize all the things that I was not going to be able to do for months, one being opening a can with a regular can opener. I found this in an Amazon search and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s absolutely worth every penny! I was able to open cans with ease and one handed. Now that my wrist is healed, I still chose to use it everytime. This would also be great for someone elderly.

Ive tried 3 different brands of this style of can opener and they all failed miserably—chewing up cans, metal shavings, eating batteries, and one actual got stuck on a can and had to be pried off. I thought i would try one more time since Im having hand surgery and needed a reliable one handed opener. This one is perfect so far. It’s easy to use one handed, opens cans cleanly, and is rechargeable 🙌🙌🙌🙌. Fantastic product!

This item is so easy to use. Just line it up on the can, press the button and watch it spin around the top of the can. This is so simple to use. No more wrist, hand or thumb aches from traditional hand-held can openers turning the knob. This is as simple as it gets. Just be cautious, it does not stop until you push the button after a complete spin around the can. I do wish however, that the lid lifter at the other end was a bit deeper and longer, it seems to retract back inside the unit when trying to use, that part is not easy for vision impaired people. The “hook” should be a brighter color and longer with a deeper indent to help those with vision issues. I would recommend this can opener to everyone, especially the elderly with arthritic hand issues.

I purchased this for my wife who has been having difficulty using the hand crank can opener due to arthritis. The design is easy to use and makes opening a can very easy. I was happy it came in different colors and picked a green one to stand out in the drawer making it easy to find. She is very happy with size, weight, color, and the ease of use. I was happy with the price and durability.
I didn’t rate it 5 stars because although the opener works find on different size cans, the lid sometimes is very difficult to remove after the can is open. More than once getting the cover off causes the contents to spill out on to the counter. I guess it could be a user error, however we both have the same issue. I believe the issue is where it cuts the can open is in the sealed ring and not below it like the hand crank open did. It is a pretty good product and I would recommend it, just with the caveat, that there is a learning curve removing the lid once the can is open without spilling some of the content.
