I own a Hypervolt, which is top of the line, but too big to travel with. So I purchased the Bob & Brad massage gun to take with me on the road. This gun is not as powerful as the Hypervolt, so it doesn’t dig deep in areas like the glutes and hamstrings. That said, it is more than powerful enough to hit most other body parts. I struggle with elbow pain and this gun is great for quickly hitting my arms prior to and after workouts. And my wife loves when I run it across her traps, down her lats, and around her shoulder blades. In addition, it fits very comfortably in my hand and is much easier to use on myself than the Hypervolt.
This little travel gun has a nice selection of interchangeable heads, and the carrying case keeps them organized. (I had to buy replacement heads for my Hypervolt because I kept misplacing them.)
It has more speed settings than my Hypervolt, and the battery life far exceeded my expectations for such a small massage gun.
At the end of the day, I’m really happy with this purchase, and for roughly $60USD, it’s proven to be a great value.

I’m so happy I went with this. I’ve been thinking of a massage gun for a while but wanted something small and good. I heard about Thera but it’s so expensive and really didn’t want to cough it up. I saw a recommend for this brand on reddit and the price was acceptable to me and I’m so glad I took the risk and went with Bob and Brads. It’s small, packs a punch, and overall just good quality. I recently purchased the BOB AND BRAD Q2 Pro Mini Massage Gun, and after using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say it’s an impressive little device. For something so compact and pocket-sized, it packs a lot of power and delivers a deep, satisfying massage that really helps relieve muscle tension after workouts or long days.
One of my favorite features is the inclusion of both heat and cold heads. The heat option is perfect for relaxing tight muscles and improving blood flow, while the cold head helps reduce inflammation and soreness—it’s like having a mini physical therapy session wherever you go. Switching between the attachments is quick and straightforward, and the variety of speeds allows you to customize the intensity to your preference.
The battery life is quite reasonable for the size, providing enough juice to get through multiple sessions before needing a recharge. It also charges relatively quickly, which is a plus. Great Little device. I’m stuck at home with a broken knee cap and both legs are getting “puffy” with inactivity, this really works great even at a low speed. Massaging my calves and back was easy and felt great. A lot of power for a small unit. My only regret is that I should have bought one with a Hot/Cold tip.

Haven’t had it long, so cant speak on longevity. But I can say I’m hard to impress, and I’m 100% happy with this. I havent even tried the hot and cold settings yet, because it does such a good job without them. Just the right amount of pressure, well packaged with great attachments. I saw some didnt like the noise, but I’ve used other brands that were noisy. This has hardly any sound. The battery charge is excellent. The size is perfect, easy to hold. You can tell when opening the case it comes in, that the company cares about the quality, and thought of the small stuff, like a velcro strap to tie up the cord for storage. Not just cheaply made to make money. Would definitely buy again if I ever had to replace.
