I would like to start off by saying this product certainly works and I’ve noticed quite the difference from using it. HOWEVER, the quality of the product is not there. I originally purchased November 2024 by January 2025 I had to reach out for a replacement because the lights continued to work but the vibrate/pulse/heat function stopped working. Amazon was able to replace and the replacement seemed promising, lasting longer than the original. After 7 months of use the replacement will no longer turn on at all.
Do not recommend this product as it seems to only have a lifespan of a few months.

I’m so impressed with the Fastaid 7-in-1 Deplux Skin Care Tool! I Initially bought this for my daughter but quickly felt the need to buy one for myself. I have been using this for a couple of months and while I find it hard to keep a nighttime routine, this skin care tool is always the first thing I look forward to doing. I began to see a difference. My skin is softer, the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth are smoother and brighter. It’s easy to use, the instructions are clear, and it’s quickly become a favorite in my skincare routine. I’ve noticed a better jaw line and smile lines getting lighter. Makes me feel accomplished after using it, not sure if it’s because it’s doing its job or I just feel good when doing self care. I was using it consistently (everyday) for about a week, i have fell off a little due to life getting in the way. I do use a few different colors each time I do use it, as each color has different benefits. It is a good product. I will need update my review once I use it a few more months, taking before and after photos. The price point is good. Delivered quick.

It’s super easy to use, switch between lights with a click of a button, it glides over my skin, I’ve been using it for a while although not real consistent and while I don’t see super dramatic results I do see some maybe I’d see more if I used it more often, I would definitely buy it again should anything happen to the one I have and I would recommend it to family & friends.

It works as it should and makes my skin feel great, but the charging port does not totally fit the charger. It can only push into the port half way so it doesn’t stay charging. I even asked for a replacement because I thought mine was faulty and they did send me one, but it was the same issue.
