I bought this as a Christmas present for my cousin. First, I would like to note that I ordered it in early (first week) December. Amazon would not let me pick anything other than free shipping to arrive between the 20-27th (not a seemingly big deal, but wait).

It did not arrive between the 20th-27th, it came January 2nd (more so an Amazon/seller issue and is more so just annoying). The tracking also never updated. It said from the 27th to the day it arrived that it was in Illinois (my cousin lives in PA).

My cousin claims that the charging port was obviously very cheaply made/put in, but said the product itself worked pretty well. So, 4 stars for a decent product and not 5 due to lack of “urgency”. I’d also like to say that I never had that issue with Amazon before (the package arriving that late or not being able to pay for earlier shipping).

I bought this over a year ago for the hype of slimming the face, which actually works. I can feel the difference after a few mins, one side felt slimmer and the other side felt puffy. The main reason I want to write a review is I found this device to help soothe my dry inflamed face, I have eczema and very sensitive skin. The water where I live is so hard it dries out my face and even after applying moisturizing products to my face, it would still be burning and itchy. I used the blue setting for soothing inflammation & calm sensitive skin, let me tell you it works! I am amazed and relieved, the burning and itching subsides after one session. I was going crazy trying different moisturizing products to help my face, some of them seemed to make it worse, but this product gave me instant relief without applying anything to my face. Give it a try.

I love this. I tried a couple others and this one all around was best for price, charge time, options, and overall function. Works as advertised and I would absolutely buy this again and again!

I’m unsure about the Duplux Face Neck Massager, but I’ve incorporated it into my routine, using it both morning and night after applying serum. While I’m not convinced of all its claims, I think it helps my skin absorb serums more effectively.

The tool offers seven different light settings, and while the instructions explain the purpose of each color, I’m skeptical about whether they deliver on those promises. Honestly, I find seven options a bit overwhelming—I don’t have the time to experiment with all of them. I mainly use the green light for wrinkle reduction and the red light for anti-aging. As for the vibration modes, I don’t notice much difference, so I usually turn it on and roll it across my face and neck, hoping for the best.

While I haven’t seen any dramatic changes in the mirror, my face looks smoother in photos, although I’m unsure whether to credit the tool or my serums. I don’t feel like this massager is a waste of money, but I also can’t wholeheartedly vouch for its effectiveness. For the price, it’s an okay investment.

I’ve been using this facial massager for a few weeks now and I can honestly see and feel the difference. It’s super easy to use, feels amazing on the skin, and adds a touch of luxury to my skincare routine. The vibrations help my serums absorb much better, and I’ve noticed reduced puffiness—especially around my eyes.
