Very good to clean the body as mentioned in its description and I prefer to follow it up with my regular body wash to revive my body back to pre swimming condition.

This product effectively neutralizes chlorine. If you use this body wash after you swim, you will no longer smell the chlorine on your skin and your skin will feel much better. It also effectively prevents itching after swimming.

Body Wash
After lots of experimentation I have found that using TRISWIM body wash directly after my swim at the gym keeps chlorine rash at bay for at least five hours or until I can take a proper shower back home. I have found that the bottle is the downfall of this product and so I highly recommend buying a smaller travel bottle with a snap top (https://www.amazon.com/Refillable-BPA-Free-Cosmetics-Essential-Household/dp/B0D58XHKPQ) that goes into your swim bag for the gym shower. I have had the TRISWIM bottle break or just open and start squirting contents in my swim bag far too many times and it is a mess to clean up. I just refill the smaller plastic bottle and it also helps with portion sizing this relatively expensive wash as well.
Shampoo
I have stopped using the shampoo and can’t really recommend it. Instead make sure your hair is totally wet before swimming. This basically makes your hair super saturated already so chlorine can’t soak in. Also always use a swim cap (my favorite being TYR LycraFiber https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000F9FK60). Then after your swim immediately wash your hair with just water again. Later at home use a clarifying shampoo and conditioner (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9FQFMMN) to remove any chlorine and lock in moisture.

Does a decent job of removing chlorine from the skin after a swim. Better than other products I’ve tried over the years. I distance swim over a mile and am in chlorinated water almost an hour. The body gets pretty chlorine saturated. I always use their skin cream after showering with the rinse. Still have some itching issues from the chlorine, but it seems to be manageable-I won’t stop swimming and open water swim is not an option in the winter months.

I was having a problem with the chlorine smell from everyday swimming. Showering with my normal soap wasn’t cutting the smell. This gel is wonderful. Clean and fresh. No lingering chlorine smell. I highly recommend to those that spend a lot of time in a pool.

I swim five days a week; two hours each workout so I’m always smelling of chlorine even after showering. My skin also gets very dry. I decided to try a different body wash and saw this product on Amazon. So far it’s been great. It definitely eliminates the chlorine smell but also is very gentle on my skin. I don’t seem to need to use as much lotion as before. Would highly recommend this product for anyone who is in the pool regularly.
