Love these cups. Easy enough for my 1.5 year old to push the button by themselves. Best part is when you flip it upside down it doesn’t leak, it’s leak proof & spill proof. Major win! Considering my toddler has figured out with other cups if you flip it upside down, it will slowly leak out (bc most are spill proof only), needless to say, I was tired of having a wet car seat from the kid. I’ve gone through a lot of cups, between zak, simple modern, thermos, oxo tot, contigo straw cup. This one is the best for school/daycare and on the go. And for active kids. Just specifically my wild child, the leak proof & sturdiness is key. Keeps water cold, leak proof, and the spout is silicone so it’s soft. My kids have figured out how to use it by themselves by the age of 15mo with no issues. My 1.5yo can close it by themself too. Cup has been thrown, dropped, still holding strong. I own 3, soo.

This is absolutely the best toddler/kids water bottle I’ve bought.
1. The body: I love that you can get it in stainless steel WITHOUT any paint coating. I mean, the painted ones are darling, but as soon as the bottle is dropped the paint begins chipping.
2. The straw: it’s angled so that as the bottle empties, it will draw up from where the water pools based on how a toddler holds it as they drink (it’s hard to explain without visuals, but trust me). Also, it SCREWS in to the cap. Previous bottles we’ve had with similar straws didn’t, which means the straw would randomly detach from the lid inside the bottle, and I’d be at the zoo or on a hike opening it and fishing around to find and reattach the straw. Yuck.
3. Mouthpiece/leaking: THANK YOU for having the thing that my child puts their mouth on be silicone, not plastic! It’s softer and non toxic. Also, even when the mouthpiece is up and not latched closed, it doesn’t leak because there is some kind of valve in the cap that prevents it. The mouthpiece is easy to open and close, even for my 3 year old.
Now, is this the easiest contraption to clean? Np. But it is perfect in every other way, so I don’t care. My child has been using water bottles for 2 years now, and I wish I had found this one sooner.

We have had 3 of these for our toddler. I wanted a cup that wasn’t plastic, had minimal plastic for the straw, he could open and use easily on his own, had a cover for the mouth piece, was easy to clean, and had a handle. This cup checks off all of those boxes!! The ONLY reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is 2 of the handles have broken. Our 3rd cup is only a week old so we will see if this handle lasts. The handle breaking isn’t the end of the world because I’ve purchased silicone bands to go around the cup that have a longer strap so I can hold the cup with ease on walks, hook it to his bike seat, etc. overall, it’s a great cup and very durable.
En un mes ya no funcionó, muy mala calidad –
Отличная бутылка

Bought for my nearly 2 year old. I bought the plastic one first and loved it but coming into summer in Australia I wanted something that would keep their water cold. I like that the child can open and close themselves and that the spout is covered when closed, great for daycare. The straw did get bite marks after only a few months but I bought a replacement straw.

These cups are absolutely our favorite for the kids! They have lots of nice color options. The size is perfect for the water bottle holder on the side of my son’s backpack. He loves that his water stays cold and I love that it doesn’t sweat everywhere. These are great quality & my kids think it’s fun to push the button to open the spout. I haven’t had these leak at all and they’re easy to take apart to wash.

This Contigo Autospout bottle is sturdy, easy to clean, and really well designed. I love that it uses minimal plastic and feels super durable. It’s also easy for my toddler to use and carry, which is a huge plus. We actually bought a second one after losing the first because we liked it so much!

It’s come to my attention many of you guys don’t know how to properly remove the glue from Contigo cups. Our family LOVES this brand and I refuse to buy my kids any other brand for school because these are inexpensive, durable, fix great in a lunch box/backpack, and truly leak-proof. Now, if you have a chewer, that’s not the fault of the cup. Cups aren’t meant to be chewed on. You cannot chew on a cup and expect it to last. If used properly, these cups will last YEARS! We’ve had some as long as 5 years going on strong. If your cup is leaking, it’s because it’s too full or loose somewhere (cup or straw). Ours never leak! I always go out and buy them, especially when I catch a good sale. Told my friends about them and they brought up the glue issue. What glue issue?! I get on Amazon to order another cup, and I see many of y’all are having problems with the glue coming off. I thought everyone knew the trick to getting the glue off in minutes, but since not, today I finally made a video to explain how I get the glue off in five minutes! No seriously!
The glue is the equivalent as mouse trap glue. What do we do to get that off? Oil! Same with these cups. I personally use canola oil to combat the sticky glue on the cups, but you can use any glue and it’ll work the same. After using the oil method, you’ll need to wash them in warm water and use Dawn Dish Soap. It’s the best to get that greasy feeling off the cups. When I made the video, I mention wash as normally. Afterwards, I realized not everyone uses Dawn. You need to get something tough to get the oil off! I PROMISE you, you shouldn’t be using alcohol, acetone, etc. It’ll ruin the artwork if you have a cup with art. If you use any pull off methods, you can leave spots from where you ripped the glue off. Just use the oil and save yourself the trouble.

10/10 this is the best little water bottle!! As many parents know it’s hard to find one that keeps drinks cold, is dishwasher safe, durable, and affordable. This cup is all that plus more, you can clean every part easy and it all comes apart 100% so no mold problems. It’s normaly my daughters school cup but we just took it with us in vacation and we were in the heat all day with 100+ temps outside and the ice in this cup never melted and her drinks were cold all day long. Buy this cup!!!!!!! Perfect size, 100% Leak proof Ease of carrying, fits in cup holders. The only down fall is the color chips off but that didn’t matter to me. The design is perfect in my opinion.
