Awesome product! So happy with my purchase I bought a second set for our other property! The customer service was excellent and it arrived faster than expected! The instructions are easy to follow for assembly but I recommend use of a hex rachet if you have one instead of the included hex wrench. Assembly was timely but that is expected for any patio set you purchase.

These are a lot smaller than we thought and the material doesn’t seem very durable same with the cushion seats the moment you sit they sink down. Not bad for a starter patio could be better

Very small with low quality cushions. Many screws and washers are not properly machines. Ends of the rattan are simply tucked in or left dangling.
If you want to return the product, don’t think about it. Very difficult process and dissatisfaction is not accepted reason for returns.
