Awesome furniture!
Have purchased other sets from this company and it goes together well, has good instructions and is heavy. It will remain outdoors all winter in the rain and I won’t have to worry about damage. Highly recommend

We look at several brands of this type of product before pulling the trigger. We ended up trying Serwall and we are NOT disappointed. We bought this three piece set and four foldable Adirondack chairs. The assembly look a little longer than we anticipated but they look so great and are excellent quality. They are large enough for larger adults (we actually purchased them for our rental house and are not worried at all about them falling apart). The height of the bar stools are perfect and the chairs are very stable. I will likely be buying more from this brand!

Nice, solid furniture, easy to assemble, but I ordered coffee/brown and they sent gray. I HATE GRAY!! And of course we don’t have any other gray items, because I HATE GRAY, therefore it doesn’t match anything else that we own! But of course it’s a giant hassle to try to return something that weighs 110 lbs. That’s why three stars.

We received the large, very heavy box last week. I carefully opened the box, pulled the instructions, and laid all the pieces out in my workspace. I counted everything, compared to the instructions. All good! I’m ready to start assembling the chairs. I noticed that holes weren’t predrilled, and there were no instructions for drilling them. I was really nervous that I got a bad set of cross pieces in my kit. I was a little nervous that the manufacturer could only be contacted by email, but they were quick to respond, and their information was concise and clear. Didn’t need to pre-drill holes, the pieces were porous enough to just screw into. The directions were very good, clear and easy to follow. After that little clarification, I put the whole set together by myself, and only needed help carrying the table to its final location. The chairs and table are sturdy, and seem like they should hold up well. They are comfortable to sit in, wide enough for those of us with a wider berth, and for us, a decent enough height from the seat to the table top ( a few reviews said it was too high), but we are tall – 6′ and 5′ 7″.
All in all, very pleased with this purchase.

I purchased the high-top table and 4 chairs. The boxes arrived on two consecutive days. Assembly was not too difficult. Instructions are clear, and necessary basic tools are included. If you have a drill or power screwdriver with a hex bit you will finish assembly much faster. The assembled product looks nice enough and is surprisingly comfortable. It feels sturdy, but I’m not sure how durable it will be over time. I sat in one of the chairs for a few hours, and after the seat slats were slightly but noticeably bent. I weigh about 185, pretty average by American standards. At least it’s all recyclable if it falls apart after a year. If it holds up long term, it will be a nice product.

High quality. Great price compared to buying locally. Not difficult to assemble but you MUST have a drill. Many of the parts are not predrilled. They really need to predrill! Using the little allen wrench to screw through this high density material is almost impossible. With a drill it is a snap!

UPDATE: Just a quick update to my original review. I did want to add that within the first week of setting this set up on my back patio, the table did warp slightly, so now water pools up in the middle of the table now. Over the last 3 months, the set has held up perfectly otherwise. No hardware rust (and we have had a lot of rain), no further warping of any pieces. I still maintain my 5 star rating, as the price was good, and customer service when purchasing was great.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just got this set a couple days ago and set it up on my back patio. For reference, my back patio is uncovered, and most of the furniture I have had out there in the last 4 years has weathered so much I had to get rid of it. I found this Serwall set, and was very happy at the material heft and supposed durability when I unpacked it. It seems like it will last a long time. I am in South Florida, so we will see how it holds up in the summer. My patio is on the east side of my house, so I will only get the morning sun (until around 12-1pm most days).
I do feel the chair slats flex a little bit when I sit in them as others have stated, but I don’t mind, and I don’t think they will ever break. Also the only thing I am slightly worried about is the warping of the table over time in the sun as another reviewer had mentioned and posted pictures showing the warping. I will update my review after a few months of use. As I understand this material HDPE should be one of the most weather resistant materials.
Also, shoutout to customer service for being prompt with responses to my inquiries and just being kind and helping me out. That goes a long way with customers. Bottom line, this set was a great deal for the money, and seems to be of great quality and durable material, great colors, and straight forward installation. (Need to use a drill with hex bit, as there is zero chance you build this in one day with the provided tools as others have stated.) Took me 1.5 hours for unboxing/building everything.
