I read another review about them using their drill. It’s a time saver! Probably would have taken several more hours and ALOT of sweating and torn knuckles using the piddly Allen wrench included! I got a Hex set also on Amazon. I have put together several other furniture pieces without it. Trust me! Use a drill. The table assembly was a bit challenging, 2 screws would not completely fit but it didn’t affect the integrity of it. The ottoman went together in minutes. The sofa took me 2 hours though I had to take frequent breaks due to my old back. I’m a 64 YO woman who is quite handy and I was able to do it myself. Like the instructions say do not tighten until it is all put together. This may be how some are having issues with holes not lining up. Overall I’m very pleased. It’s a bit bigger than I thought, but I bought this mainly because I wanted the thicker cushions. They are 4”. The cushions fit snugly on the sofa so they really don’t slide around as I’ve read elsewhere. I would have paid $10 extra to have the cushion covers already put on. That was the biggest pain lol. Finally. They said delivery would be Feb. 1-5. I got one box on the 30th and the other on the 31st. It’s a nice piece for the price.

It is a sturdy furniture set and now that it has been assembled I will use it. However assembly does have its challenges. When putting the couch together I noticed that a few of the screw holes were not drilled in the right place on some of the pieces. At first I thought I did not place the pieces in the correct orientation but no matter what some did not line up. Ended up needing to drill a few holes my self. So if you are looking for something easy to assemble without the need of additional tools, I would look at other products.

The cushions are usable but far from great. The seat cushions are foam and one is thicker than the others. The back cushions do not provide much support. First thing I will do is look for options to replace the cushions.

Overall I would not purchase this product again and look at other options. I purchased due to the positive reviews, but looks like there are some severe quality issues which can impact the overall product.

I purchased the outdoor rattan sofa set with ottoman, and it was a complete disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the assembly was a nightmare — the instructions were vague, and parts didn’t align properly, making it incredibly frustrating to put together. The rattan material feels cheap and flimsy, as if it will fall apart after one season.

The cushions are uncomfortable and thin, offering no support at all. Within a few days of sitting on it, the cushions started losing their shape and became flat. The ottoman was no better — it’s small, wobbly, and lacks the sturdiness you’d expect for an outdoor piece of furniture.

After a week of use, the entire set started showing signs of wear, with fading colors and peeling rattan. I’ve had outdoor furniture before, and this set is by far the worst in terms of quality. It’s clear this was made with cheap materials that won’t hold up to the elements.

I wouldn’t recommend this set to anyone. Save your money and invest in something that will actually last and provide comfort.

To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely dreadful. I reached out for help after noticing the set’s issues within just a few days of use, hoping for a quick resolution or a replacement. I was met with long response times, unhelpful agents, and a general lack of urgency. It took multiple follow-ups before I even received a response, and when I did, they were completely uninterested in addressing my concerns.

When I finally requested a replacement, I was told that it would take several weeks for processing, and even then, they couldn’t guarantee I’d get a replacement in a reasonable timeframe. The lack of transparency and communication was infuriating, and I felt completely ignored.

In the end, after multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I gave up on the replacement process entirely. This company’s customer service is a nightmare — they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or standing behind their products. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand altogether. The hassle isn’t worth it.
