.Very light weight, but sturdy and well made. The zippers all work well as do the wheels. The inside lining is a nice addition. The dark red color sets this off from all the black bags on an airport carousel.

Purchased 2 for hubby and I. They are super nice, grey. Needed new luggage. We are heading for our cruise next month. Sure they will be fine. They look pretty sturdy and like the pockets for shoes and such. It’s been over 15 years since new luggage, so super excited that we have matching. They came on time!

I purchased this case in early 2018, so have now owned it for six years. I used this case for six flying vacations, each of which involved the case being checked for anywhere from 2-4 flights (usually at least three), and also four cruises, which also entails checking the case with a baggage handler similar to an airline. I also used it for one weeklong road trip.

Despite all the reviews calling the quality of this case flimsy, saying they don’t think it would survive one flight… This case has performed remarkably well for me when considering the price point. It has survived the numerous trips outlined above (and being handled by baggage handlers) fully intact. The wheels still work great. I love the fact that it is two inline wheels, which performs better than the common four wheel spinner setup on any surface other than a hard flat floor. I attach my carry-on case to this case using a seperately bought luggage strap, and roll across all types of flooring and ground surfaces with no problems.

After six years all the zippers still work. At some point one of the zipper tabs for the main zipper that opens the case broke, but not a deal breaker as I can still take the other zipper tab and just zip it all the way around. Other than that all zipper tabs are fully intact and functional, and none of the teeth are broken. I like the two pockets on the front of the case for storing things with easy access. The retractable handle still works fine. As other reviewers have stated, picking up the whole case by this handle is not recommended. The grab handles on the case are still attached and functional.

Only after my most recent vacation did I notice some damage to the case. One of the corners has a slight dent in it that I cannot flatten out, and a little bit of tearing to the fabric. When considering the price paid for the case, I am very satisfied for how long it has lasted me. Not wanting to risk further damage, this case is being retired from air travel. But I will be keeping it and plan to use it for any road trips where I need to pack for more than a few days.

At under $100, this case is a great value and I’d recommend it to anyone who doesn’t fly frequently.

I travel often (or at least did until COVID but the skids on open travel) and use a variety off luggage according to what type of travel. I mix it up between flying, Amtrak long distance, rented Rv’s and of course motor vehicles. Often in the same trip.

The 4 wheeled “spinners” seem the rage right now and I observe they can stay “upright when parked.” They are the fad and personally, I think they are just that: a fad. In the airport’s there are times when I need to MOVE and the spinners are too cumbersome to move quickly or efficiently. The two wheeled uprights remain the way to go, in my experience.

I have some expensive hard sides, yet know how to pack a carry on (without being piggish about the overheads by bringing on a bag anyone with common sense should know violates the rules for carry on’s, hint hint. I also own and use some “cheap” soft sides. I have several pieces of luggage and every one has it’s purpose.

An inexpensive soft side has it’s use. Assuming you have nothing breakable inside, they can be tossed, stuffed in between other bags or into a car trunk and are lightweight and pliable. The zipper? Well, it seems like most zippers on suitcases these days. I long for the durable metal ones, but they (the manufacturers) want us to believe these are self healing…. Whatever.

I paid less than $35 for this bag on Amzn and that was a steal. This bag hits the “sweet spot” in size as it is fairly portable yet packs a lot. Also, it is not a “high end” bag, but far from being a “cheapie” or “throwaway (I have one of those too). The interior has a nice lining and features a separate zippered “compartment” in the “lid” as well as two stitched pockets presumably for shoes. The outside pockets are ample.

It weighs about 8.5 pounds empty which for a suitcase this sturdy is good. A person could get by with this as a carry-on on some airlines as long as you do not overstuff: Please just don’t be a jerk about it by being one of those holding the line by struggling with a bag which you KNEW was too large to begin with. It’s OK to check the bags.

Again, I’m a frequent traveler and I go through suitcases. I like this bag. Is it the greatest? No. Is it a “cheapie?’ No. But, I like it am satisfied with this purchase and would buy again without hesitation. A nice piece of luggage which checks the boxes for both size and price.

I bought this set for a European tour and I was thrilled with them.
This is a great set of luggage, and the price I got it for made it even better! I’m not super strong but I was more than able to haul my bags on and off trains. The wheels are inlaid so they’re more resilient to bumps. I don’t like the 4-wheel bags because they tend to take up too much storage room, so the 2-wheel design was perfect. There is so much space in these as well – most of the pockets expand, and the zippers are strong enough to resist a little bit of tension.
The handles and carrying straps do loosen somewhat after use, but so far they’ve stood the test of time.
I wasn’t expecting to use the smaller laptop bag, but it is super convenient! So much storage, and I love that it slides comfortable onto the other pieces of luggage.
Overall – price = great, quality = great. Highly recommended!

I bought the one size, which has the three cases and tote bag. The large case is lighter than expected at 3.35kg, great as it can have more weight in clothes. The medium case weigh 2.78kg and small case 2.53kg. The small case is good for carry-on a Ryan flight but I normally use IT luggage as it weighs less for carry-on.

Have not used yet but I expect to survive a few Ryanair baggage handlers treatment. Other reviewers complain of the condition after a flight, I have no suitcase that survived like new and I expect wear and tear. For the money these seem great.

If these cases do as good as the cheap case my daughter destroyed on her last flight, I be happy. Kids think that it can take all, she rocked up to airport to self check-in, had her foot under while being weighed and got her 20kg ticket to put on case, unfortunately when she had to drop the case on the conveyor it showed 33kg. The baggage attendant then informed her she would have to pay £180 charge, she nearly wet herself and said she will go back home, he took pity on her and charged £60 for a second case. Stated that she was lucky that she was not over 33kg as the baggage handlers would not accept. I was surprised the case held together with the handlers, but she destroyed the wheels herself getting into and out of airport.

I shall add to this review when the cases have done a few flights.

First flight, Ryanair Dublin to Newcastle 19kg, case stands fine, with just one little bit of a mark on the side. Survived baggage handlers well, I cut off the strap on top as it just there to get caught during handling. Looking at damage, can easily be glued back. I got no issues with these cases

Surprisingly, the luggage can hold much more items than I expected. It is mid-size but expandable, making it flexible for more stuff. It looks pretty and is good in quality. The zipper and wheels are solid and smooth. It’s a great option for travelling.
