I haven’t used them yet, but they seem like such a handy survival tool to have just in case. Reviews seemed great, size looks durable but easy to pack; not taking up too much space. I feel better knowing I have this in case something happened. I bought two, one for myself and one for my husband. Great price and if it does what it says, it will be a fantastic purchase.

Works great! If you’re thinking of going camping any time soon, this is a great and lightweight item to carry. It’s compact, lasts you a long time, and is generally inexpensive. It does its job well, but you do have to suck quite hard to get the water flowing but that’s just the filter doing its job. Easy to use, pretty self-intuitive. Overall, a survival kit must-have!

Worked great when we did a long hike and we were running low on water. Tight draw but it did provide clean water.

I bought this LifeStraw for our emergency kit and camping trips, and it gives such peace of mind. It’s lightweight, easy to pack, and simple to use—just pop it into any water source and drink. The water comes out tasting clean with no weird aftertaste. I haven’t had to use it in a true emergency yet, but I tested it on a hike at a creek, and it worked perfectly. Definitely a must-have for anyone who spends time outdoors or wants to be prepared at home.

The image is dirty soiled water. Leaves tiny bit of sediment. Tastes fine. Works better as a straw. Not spring water by any means but it’s fine.

    Salt water…. still salty.

Gatorade mixed in water turned clear with slight Gatorade flavor.

All in all I think if you were around freshwater of any sort this would be beneficial.

Excellent product and a must have when in the wild they are lightweight and small enough to fit in your jacket pocket.

I live in earthquake country. This is a great size, wrapped well, very sturdy, light weight, the flow rate is perfect. The filter capacity is great. You don’t want to clean these when you’re done, toss it in the trash and order another one. Please put one or more of these in your to-go bag.
