As newcomer without a car, this bike is a game changing for me. Bought it for shopping, work, emergency situations.
Frame is awesome! Everything is compatible with usual bike parts and can be replaced. Wheels are very good. They are little heavier than regular wheels, but it forms prevent wheel bending! For 1 year my wheels are straight like a brand new. Suspension is adjustable and amazingly comfortable. Hydraulic brakes works just like they should. Light is nice, front light is bright and I can clearly see all road signs. Back light this is the reason, why car drivers will not hate you anymore. Riding -40*C to +40*C, rain and snow – CHECK, bike is working great in any weather conditions. Passed 1500 KM and electronic still works perfectly. I can ride around 30-35 kilometres only with a throttle on a speed 40 Km/hour, before battery die, but with lower speed it can be much further, and much more further with Pedal Assist mod. To be honest, weakness of Windone E2 this is a weight. For somebody it can be pretty heavy to ride on it as a usual bike without any Pedal assist, but for experienced riders it’s not a problem.
MOST IMPORTANT it is a Brand of this bike. I bought it as NoName bike, and didn’t expect a high quality of this product, but it is well.
Customer service of Windone team is amazing. It reminds me customer service in a best European brands like BOSCH, Zanussi and SIEMENS.
They care about a name of their brand and quality of products.
If I will go back to Europe, I really want to take this bike with me:)

I went on a trip recently and rode on a few different e bikes to get around the city as well as take tours. When I got back I had to have one. The standard looking bikes have seats that make your butt hurt after an hour or so of riding, so when I saw this bike with a motorcycle style seat I thought id give it a shot. My included video shows both riding the bike to see the display, as well as the exterior features such as the headlight and brake lights. The models I was riding in Europe did not have this functionality. Normally amazon asks to rate features, but that was not an option so I will rate them below.

Comfort: 10/10 the seat is well padded and comfortable for rides around an hour long, there is also space for a second person if you had kids who wanted to ride the bike around.
Speed: The bike has 5 levels, and the one I used previously had 9. I think 5 is a decent speed, but I wish it did have 1 or 2 more levels for when you wanted to get back up to speed quick if you have to stop for a railroad track or something on your path.
Light: Breaklights are great and 10/10. The headlight I would say is a 7/10. I wish it had a high beam mode or something to get more light out of it. You can adjust the angle of it with the screw, but it could be a bit brighter to see cracks.
Brakes: One thing that has been strange to comfortable with is the right side brake does the front instead of the rear, all other bikes I have been on were opposite, but the brakes are disk and work well to stop you.
Suspension: This bike has both front and rear suspension. I think he rear could be a bit firmer for heavier people as it does get bouncy, but if you are under like 220lb it will be fine. The front shock is as good as other bikes I have ridden. The tires are also large so you don’t have to worry in some grass about getting around. Their size also adds to the comfort.
Battery: It shipped with a full battery. The battery also has a key to keep it locked on the bike. The range is about 40 miles using the pedal assistant and I have found its around half if you just use the motor and let it move you.
Display: The bike has a display to show speed, power setting, light status (dims when headlight is on), and battery as well as a mileage readout.

Note: The +/- controller has the power button on the bottom, the light on the left side. I did not pay attention to the manual and almost missed that.
So far the bike has been excellent.

So far so good. Bike was easy to set up. The fat tires are real plus and the headlight is super bright. Seat and handlebars can easilly be adjusted. My wife is only 5′ 2″ and she’s happy with the low seat setting but did say it would be nice if it went down another inch.

There’s lots of power and the peddle assist works okay.

I haven’t folded it up yet but I’m sure it easy to do as I have another ebike.

My wife loves the step-through and how easy it is to ride. Going over bumps is better then my Gotrax because of the fat tires and good suspension. It also brakes well.

It would be nice if the price was a bit lower but other then that, it’s a great ebike. I’ll share more photos and an update soon.

For the most part I’m enjoying the bike. As a taller rider (6’3″), it reminds me of a BMX. Seating is comfortable, but legs definitely come up higher than I’m used to. The forks collide with the wide frame, so turning radius isn’t great, but as a commuter it doesn’t really come up.
The biggest drawback I think is that Windone has locked down the configuration of the controller, likely through the firmware. I understand wanting to be a good corporate citizen, and it likely helps the cycling community; however, as a consumer I would have preferred having the options available and had I known advance, it would have affected my purchasing decisions.

I love this bike so much. I have used it every single day since it arrived. It was very easy and straight forward to put it together. One of the prongs in the connector piece for my headlight arrived broken, so I’m not able to use the headlight at the moment. But I reached out to Windone, and they were so great to deal with. They have already sent me out a new one. This bike is designed for taller people, although I am only 5’2″ lol. I have fallen off a few times and my legs are pretty beat up. But once I get going on it, I’m fine. The battery lasts quite awhile and I can get pretty far on it before I have to turn around to recharge the battery. I would highly recommend this ebike. Great product and great company to deal with
