I love this bike. Unfortunately I was recently in an accident and bent the front forks. Man they are expensive!!! I didn’t know what I was gonna do. I contacted the company. And after sending them pictures of what had happened, they were kind enough to offer to send me a universal fork for the bike so I can continue riding again. This company would above and beyond what they had to do and it is greatly appreciated. I recommend this bike and this company to anybody who asks.

Gears seem very cheap when being used. Will probably have to upgrade them to decent ones. This is the only fault that I experienced .

Nice looking bike. Rides fine. Buyer beware though not really a folding bike. I was under the impression I could fold it easily and store it away as shown in the description. There’s no reference to folding in the instructions nor any videos describing how to do this. The only way I can see this can be done is by disassembling the bike not an easy process. And who wants to disassemble and reassemble every time you use it. Disappointed with that because that’s the main reason I purchased this bike over others.

I have used this bike since January and unfortunately it is not worth the money. The tires do not hold air. I have tried everything to troubleshoot this issue but nothing seems to solve it. Additionally, the handle bars do not stay tight and after each ride they become loose. This ultimately led to me crashing the bike because it became uncontrollable.
I love this bike! I do not have a bike rack on my car so the optional folding feature has been amazing. The bike rides smoothly and is alot lighter then I was expecting so loading and unloading is super easy. It did take me a little bit of time to get used to shifting gears but within a week I caught on. It wasn’t as complicated as I originally thought
Downsides: I am having an issues with the tires loosing air each day. It is not a large enough issue to return the bike just more of a nuisance. Honestly, I haven’t tried to trouble shoot the problem either. The back fender piece ended up breaking off on my first ride but no biggie with that either. The fenders sit super close to the tires so just something to be aware of.
Tip: if you are buying this bike to fit in the trunk of your car, definitely use the handle bar measurements to make sure it’ll fit before buying (:

I am changing this review because the company ended up handling vey well the returning of the product.
The return was made by Fedex and i did not even need to take to their location. They picked up the package in my house witch me made glad it was a big box. They issued the money including the shipping as soon as I told them the the bike was returning to them. I am glad that ended up very well.
I bought this product because it looks to fit my expectations. Not expensive bike, foldable.
The first strange aspect is the $99 deliver charge which is almost the price of the product I said okey, maybe they did that because to promote the product (Lower price at the front).
The second strange is that as soon I was assembling the bike a part of the gear switch broke out of nowhere I didn’t even touch the bike.
Next strange thing while I was filling the tire a big bubble formed I deflated the tire and fixed it. That scared me a lot but I still had faith in that bike. I was believing that it was just a bad position of the tire.
Then the last thing I put the bike on the road and as soon I changed the gears the system collapsed. It got eaten inside and deformed I didn’t even had for 5 minutes. The arm that changes the gear is stuck inside of the gear.
I asked for a return, but you have to wait for their response! I hope that they will return it and no charge shipping as people say here

I had this a year or so. I love it still. Very well built and easy to install despite the time it may take for you. It folds well, can fit in garage but, if you have too much in garage it may be hard to put in a small 60s garage could considering ours does not fit a car inside. Would recommend better air tires for less inflation. Thank you for a good bike that has not broke on me yet.
