Throttle was stalling to start up immediately after receiving. Within 3 weeks, it stopped. The mechanic said it needed a new motor. Charge only lasts for 2 hours. It takes 2 hours to charge. Amazon won’t resolve it, they say to wait 48 hours to hear back from the seller. After a week a no response, I reached back out to Amazon. I had to wait another 48 hours. And then, still no response. I purchased the extended warranty and they said they couldn’t help because it happened before the 30 day window. DONT PURCHASE THIS!!!!

There’s no bad things to say about this bike, the only downside is the handle bar is also the same bar to speed up. Although it’s a really smooth ride, easy to assemble, and it’s compact too. There’s also really good stability and good speed control. I personally think it’s also a good use to run errands with because the battery life lasts a long time so there’s no worry of it dying on you and it’s speed is enough to get you anywhere quickly.

Everything arrived in box. Easy to setup. The bike is small, even my 8year old can ride it, but the power is adequate. It is small enough to fit in the trunk of my minivan without having to fold the bike.The bike runs smooth and fast( I weight 220 lb ).

Yes works great charges well was easy to assemble looks like pictures and the charge last for a good amount of time and miles .. this is a great e bike if you want to go to your local store. Gas station and don’t feel like driving your car .it’s a good purchase and it’s used often ..no issues. At all ..small fan sound when charging but that is all

Rear tire leaks 10-15 psi of air per day. It was low on air when we unboxed it. We thought it was just sent that way. It turns out that there is a a slow leak somewhere.
Fine bike besides the leaky tire. The manual does not discuss charging a tire or where to get a replacement.

Bike worked great for about 30 days, rear tire issue, started a return, the seller got back to me quickly, sent replacement parts to fix the bike, they arrived quickly.
Battery lasts as long as advertised and charges pretty quickly.
