I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of putting it together. And oh my gosh! The speed is phenomenal and rides exceptionally smooth. I would be careful if you decide to unlock the speed on this bike. Could be very dangerous if not experienced. But for the Daredevil I am it’s a perfect little bike for riding the beach and the convenience of just putting it into our car is great. I couldn’t say enough about the customer service and the product. You go guys! Keep them Wheeling!

I would have given the purchase of this electric a five star review, except for the fact that it was missing the part that allows the seat to be tightened down correctly at the desire ride height, and the fact that it will not run the advertised speed of 28mph. The best you will see is 20mph. Other than that, I would have definitely given this bike a five star review especially for being my first electric bike!
It arrived on time and undamaged, however it was missing a collar or a bushing that is supposed to sit in the hole for the bike seat post to go into so that you can tighten the seat down at the desire height. There is no customer support phone numbers listed anywhere that I could find to correct this issue.
If it hadn’t been for the fact that I do welding and fabrication for a living then, I would have been either having to ride this bike with the seat all the way down, (which definitely would work with the length of my legs) or I just wouldn’t have been able to use this product that I had just bought and paid for.
I finally gave up on trying to find a source of help me correct the problem I was having with the missing part. So I made my own peice. However I would still like to have the peice that was designed and made for that seat post to go into, especially being that I paid for it, and would like to have the correct peice on there if nothing else but for the safety of knowing that
it was designed for that particular purpose.
If anyone could help me on that matter, it would be greatly appreciated.
That’s the only major problem I have with this ebike.
The advertisement that it runs 28mph is totally not a accurate statement! This bike no matter what you do will only run 20mph on a full charge, even if your going down hill. Twenty mph is as fast as you’re gonna go unless it has been modified . Which I don’t recommend doing.
Not a deal breaker for me at all. Other than those two issues, I’m impressed with the quality of the bike and it’s abilities. I would like to see the company selling these make a support phone number good for the United States , as well as offering means of purchasing accessories for this bike, especially things like a spare battery, or replacement changer, or mounting baskets for it, and maybe even a hitch for it to be able to pull a little trailer behind it.
Maybe they will see this review and add these things to their consumer purchasing capabilities!
I would definitely buy this bike again, as well as highly recommend to anyone that is looking to buy an affordable good quality electric bike…

Great bike so far, I am giving it 4 stars only because it only came with one battery and it was supposed to come with two. Took away a star because their customer service is artificial intelligence, rather than address the problem of one battery COMPLETELY missing, they went on to explain what can drain a battery and charging details. I can’t charge something that didn’t arrive. If I get another AI generated response to my review that doesn’t JUST TELL ME THEY WILL SEND THE SECOND BATTERY, this makes it a BAD Purchase

The bike is great. I do have concerns about the battery life but you can extend it with the pedal assist. Other then the battery it is awesome. Smooth ride and very stable. The light is very bright and the folding feature is great. Thank you DTTZH awesome product.

I’m purchased 2 of these E-bikes and I’m not disappointed. I am 6’1, and weigh 235 so I was a little skeptical about them. They were super easy to prepare right from the beginning. I follow the recommended charging instructions and off we go. My wife and I rode them for 4 days approximately 47 miles up and down hills before charging them. I was surprised with how fast they were especially with my weight. The shocks, seats, and handle bars were comfortable. I asked the manufacturer how to remove the default speed prior to using them. I was able to hit speeds up to actually 29/30. Awesome. Another great feature is that you can pedal the bike without using the throttle and it moves faster than you are pedaling. It truly is a great feature and we are very happy with everything to include contacting the seller for feedback and support. I give this E-bike a 10 being the highest quality, comfort, safety, cost. I honestly didn’t think that they would be this good. Edit to my post, we bought dog trailer that weigh 24 pounds and the bike pulled them just fine.

I order3d this DTTZH A12 folding e bike to help supplement my commute to work. I work about a mile from my house, no sense in wasting gas. 1st, the Customer service has been outstanding so far. the DTTZH customer service team reach out via email very shortly after I hit the purchase button. Asking how my experience was so far, and once I received my bike and had a chance to inspect it and try it out, to offer feedback via a review. I am in no way associated with DTTZH so this a 100% real world review. Fed Ex delivered on time and the box was intact with no damage. Assembly was super easy. put the handle bars on, put the seat and pedals on, put the rear foot rest/ covers on and lastly the basket. The battery came with a full charge ready to ride. The 1st ride was great. Speed was as advertised 20mph. plenty fast enough for city streets on 14 inch tires. For reference I’m 6’2″ 250 lbs. and the bike hit 20mph no problem. the suspension is good, I think it can be made stiffer, at least I hope it can a little stiffer would be to my liking. headlight is bright and lights the way. I would definitely recommend this bike for someone who wants a nice starter bike or for someone who has an apartment and needs to store it inside. overall from the price point to customer service to delivery to unpacking to the first ride this is a 10/10. If you are looking to get into ebikes or looking for a smaller second bike that is easily stored or transported this is the bike for you!! don’t pass up this bike.
