The throttle took like a month or 2 to come and when It finally came it didn’t even work. Yes, I plugged it in correctly it was not a problem on my end. I unscrewed it and looked inside and the plug was not even connected to anything. It was just inside the throttle and my bike got an error 34 when I plugged it in. So don’t buy it it doesn’t work.

It arrived on time. My son was really excited. We installed it on his e-bike, the installation is really easy, but the throttle did not work at all. I disconnected it and installed on my e bike but it did not work on it either. Hence my 1 star review. We will get a replacement and I will update then. Maybe we just got one that was broken.
Wanted to give an update. We reordered the part and it arrived promptly. Installed on both my bikes again but part still not working. I assume the part is not compatible with my bikes. The plug fits but both bikes were not responsive. Honestly it is a solid built product and feels nice in my hands and I have seen it work for other people. Because of the build I give it 3 stars just be careful with compatibility.
