Do not recommend. The order I received was completely different from what the photos show. Not even an instructions manual inside.I brought the wood color and received a black one. Legs are made out of plastic, not wood. Bad quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this record cabinet. We got two of these to put side by side. The alternative was to spend $2500+ on a custom solid wood piece, so we thought we’d give this a chance and we’re glad we did. Yes, it is MDF. But the veneer is better than expected. It’s not the super cheap paper stuff that easily rubs off. This is more like plastic or something, but the wood grain looks pretty good. It doesn’t look super cheap. In fact, it’s a comparable veneer to the furniture in my office at work. It is supposedly waterproof, which I doubt, but I at least feel comfortable wiping it down with a wet paper towel to clean it.

Both boxes arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were easy to follow and construction didn’t have any problems. The instructions say to never put a TV on this furniture, but I think that’s their boiler plate legal disclaimer for all their products. The listing here on Amazon says it can function as a TV stand. I would recommend to put heavy items on the bottom to keep it from being top-heavy. In our case, the bottom shelves are loaded with records so no problem. I emailed the company and they said each cabinet can hold 250 lbs.

Only two negatives. The legs could be better quality. They’re the only part that’s actual wood and it’s pretty cheap lightweight wood with a cheap finish. Still, they do the job ok. Second: As other reviews have pointed out, if you install the power strip into the cabinet, it prevents several records from being pushed in all the way on the shelf below it. I just didn’t install it. I didn’t mind because you can’t see the hole for the power strip if you have records below and something on the shelf.

For $130 each, I would easily recommend these. Yeah, they’re not super nice furniture but you’re going to pay 10x the price for super nice. These are definitely better than expected for $130.

The product is laminated. There is no real wood. It is heavy. My package arrived damaged and needs a replacement part. It takes 10 business days for a replacement, so I am working with the seller to get it earlier. It is hard to return it as your original packaging will come damaged and it’s heavy. I am stuck with a product that cannot be assembled and returned unless I pay for packaging.

Recieved damaged pieces. Legs are plastic, but in product discription it is mentioned wood. It is a bad copy of the product shown in the picture. All the reviews so far are not from India. In India what I recieved was a very poor quality copy. No cut outs like shown in the image. The back wall of the table is white, does not match the product shown in the image. And also the back wall does not fit the grooves properly. No assembly manual provided, had to do a lot of research to manage putting it together.

Laminate is cracker from a lot of places.

Don’t buy. They don’t take the return unless you repack the whole thing, which is not possible for such big size furniture pieces.

Plenty of space for the record player, CD player, stereo, records and CD’s. It doesn’t take up much space and looks great with my other furnishings. Very sturdy and not hard to put together. I am very pleased with it!!
