We used these faux lotto scratchers to announce our pregnancy to family, and overall, it was such a fun and memorable way to share the news. Everyone loved the surprise and thought the idea was so creative – we definitely caught them off guard in the best way!

That said, the quality of the scratchers could be improved. They were a little tough to scratch off, which made the moment slightly clunky (especially for older family members who weren’t quite sure how hard to press). It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s worth noting if you’re planning to use them for a big reveal (or if anyone you’re going to give them to does scratchers often enough to notice).

Even with that hiccup, the reactions were priceless and we’re really glad we went this route. Such a unique and playful way to make the moment even more special.

My family is really into lottery tickets so I thought this would be a fun way to reveal it to them, they were easy to scratch, none of my family suspected a thing before revealing the prize. Definitely a fun way to tell people, would recommend.
