Print quality is the best you will find. Absolutely amazing value for the money. I have a few Zebra printers that I bought for $400+ and I can say this compact printer compares to the Zebra and even does a better job. Setup was easy but I did not find the printer driver anywhere so it was a little complicated to get it to work with my Macbook. You can find the printer driver on the sellers website if you look it up on Google.

A big upgrade from an old thermal printer I got a few years back. I like that the labels are stored in a roll inside of the machine, which makes it take the least amount of space on my desk as possible. It works fine on my Windows 11 desktop, and if I remember correctly, installation was easy. The print quality is perfect for shipping labels, and the labels themselves have no problems adhering to packages.

The good: It works. Prints labels properly, fast, and easy to load a new roll (it auto aligns for you without wasting a label) and it comes with a 30 label roll (I think, I didn’t count them).
The OK: The labels themselves are flimsy, and the print quality is just good enough for shipping labels. Any need for a better quality will need an upgrade from this. If you’re just printing shipping labels, it’s fine.
The bad: Printing doesn’t work natively with a phone. You need their app, which means downloading a PDF off your phone and importing on their app. Only one bluetooth device can be paired at any given time. Bluetooth didn’t work on a PC, even with their downloaded drivers, so I had to USB in. Not a deal breaker, but I wish I could just print using the native phone print function. Oh well.
Overall, I’m happy about it, but wish it was more clear that it required an app to print. Better than spending $200+ on a Wifi label printer.

Really easy to set up and use. I haven’t had any issues with it yet. It comes with a software to make your own labels, so that was nice too. But you can also just use it by setting it as a printer and printing from your browser or Word document, etc. Seems like high quality, and I also like that it ‘recognizes’ the first label in the roll, then rolls it back in so you can use that first label. No waste, unlike some other printers that will force you to sacrifice the first in the roll.

I’m very satisfied with this printer. Setup via Bluetooth was quick and easy, both on my phone and computer. It prints labels very clearly and without the need for ink, which saves a lot of money. The size is compact, perfect for my workspace, and the print speed is impressive. Ideal for businesses that frequently ship packages. 📦✨ Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews however, this portable thermal printer deserves serious praise. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the sleek and minimal design, it looks very clean and modern on any work surface, it’s not bulky or intrusive like other machines I’ve used in the past.
Functionally, it’s been a powerhouse. Whether im laminating food labels, or important documents it handles it very smoothly without any hassle. The warm up time is very quick and the output is very smooth without showing any bubbles or uneven edges. The quality of this printer is very crisp and effortless.
Not to mention that the app is very easy to use and access. In full honesty it’s been very reliable in my home and makes my organization very tightly, highly recommend.

Does this printer work? Yes, sort of. I have no issue with the quality of the test label I printed with it on arrival, and build quality seems decent, but flaws in the USB interface make this practically unusable for anyone with a Mac.
Bluetooth, as mentioned, is not usable on Macs. I expected that and was fine with it.
However, I just spent over half an hour trying different combinations to get it connected to my Mac Studio and working via the (theoretically) USB-C interface. It does *NOT* work with the Thunderbolt ports. It *ONLY* works with the front-facing USB-3 ports, and then it *ONLY* works with a USB-A (male) to USB-C cable connected to a USB-A (female) to USB-C adapter.
It weirdly worked with a USB-C to USB-C cable that had its own USB-A to USB-C port adapter connected and then again to a USB-A to USB-C connector, but *NOT* to the *EXACT SAME* cable when it was directly USB-C to USB-C with no adapters.
I found *NO* USB-C to USB-C cable in my collection that worked by itself. Not ones that came with external hard drives, not ones for powering portable monitors, none.
Having to use this ONLY with some weird, non-standard adapted USB cable that is entirely non-obvious, and ONLY when plugged into the *front* of my computer, is a major aggravation.
