To be fair, ive only had this for a day but i still love it. The instruction video to install was so bad, and the screws they provided mixed me up, so I almost broke the chair putting the wrong screws in but i fixed it overall. People saying there is a screw issue just need to put the provided washers. You have to degass the chair, because the factory smell is on the chair but if you leave it out overnight it should be gone. It looks great, its stable, and the color matches my desk. Its somewhat comfortable, not over-edge but I can still see myself sitting in this for hours. Overall, great product. They also overpackaged, meaning there were too much plastic and foam in the box, which kind of hurt as an environmentalist but It doesn’t make a difference. Again, amazing product.

Great chair once it’s assembled. However, there are some issues with hardware quality. Two bolts arrived with malformed threading. The manufacturer provides one extra of each type of bolt, so I had to make a trip to Lowe’s for a second.
Also, if you have a wide butt, this chair might be a little tight.

Pretty average chair for the price. The chair looks nice in sky blue, rolls smooth when it wants to, but the casters tend to jam up over time even on hard floors. Seat padding gave out within a year of mild home-office use, and you can feel the hard base underneath now. Lumbar support is fine at first but flattens with the cushion. height adjusts easily, and assembly was simple. It’s comfortable for short sessions, not for full-day work.

Wife loves hers and I like mine. Wish the seat was a few inches longer. Good width. Good value for the price all day. Assembly was straightforward and relatively easy except attaching the back of the seat.

Bastante funcional, solo fue muy desagradable recibir la base de las llantas en color plata, porque yo eleji este producto porque vi que todas las piezas venian en negro y el plastico se me hizo mas seguro ya que tenemos niños en casa.

I bought this chair for my daughter and she absolutely loved it, especially the pink color which looks beautiful in her room. Assembly was very easy and only took a few minutes. The chair is comfortable for studying or using the computer, and it feels sturdy yet lightweight. Great value for the price.

My daughter had this chair for a month and a half and one of the wheels started to break on one of the legs. The plastic bent and it would no longer support the wheel. I put a question to the seller about replacement parts and if they were available. I was contacted literally within 10 mins of sending the message and got a replacement part that was stronger and metal vs plastic within days delivered to my house with no cost to me. The support was beyond amazing and unbelievable.

I am so pleased with this chair. It’s ergonomically fitting, with adjustable lumbar support. The wheels move effortlessly and it swivels quietly. The cushion fabric is high quality, and the cushion fill is lofty. The mesh back, anchored by the lumbar support is very conforming and confortable.The chair is adjustable in height, so it can fit any size person. I want to point out; however, the arms were a “task” in itself. Follow the instructions for better luck in getting the screws installed. Other than that, it was a breeze putting together. I like that it’s NOT heavy, it moves around easily.

The seat cushion is soft but firm enough for long work sessions. It was very easy to assemble, and I love that it swivels and adjusts smoothly.
