The book has wonderful pictures, but I was hoping to find a bit more info. on each state. I love taking my granddaughters on vacation each summer and I was hoping to find something in this book that would make me want to take the girls there on our next vacation. The book only has a couple of pages about each state and nothing specific of interest to make me want to go to any state. I just took my granddaughters to the Oregon Coast for the second time and we were very busy and had a wonderful time. I wondered if we had missed any of the wonderful sights and ordered this book to see what they had listed, but found that this book had nothing of real interest listed for the Oregon Coast. For someone to go to all those states and take such wonderful pictures, I think that the least that they could do was to find out about a few of the wonderful sights in each state that would make people want to visit.

When a friend indicated that after many worldwide trips, she would like to travel more in the USA, I decided to give her this book.
And what a book is! It has so much information about what to see and do in each state, and provides amazing photos. It serves as a travel guide, and an impetus to see the country, whether one drives or flies.
The book comes in hard cover or spiral bound. I thought the spiral would be lighter, and it is. But the spiral is flimsy. The book that arrived had the spiral a bit untangled at the end, and no matter what I did, I couldn’t put it back in place. I would suggest to get the hard cover version. It will probably last longer than this spiral version.

Lots of great ideas for each state. Pictures and information when traveling to each state. Wish I had this sooner. The pictures are in full color and very crisp. The information helped us to look further into areas of interest and was able to find other ideas as well. Asked to our gravel adventures! It also helped our grandchildren learn about other states as well.
