Bought a printer that uses this cartridge but signed up for HP’s instant ink trial.
Did you know that if you aren’t actively subscribed to their service you can’t use a cartridge that is branded instant ink? Your printer won’t print and won’t tell you an error. Then hp will want money to tell you this is what’s wrong.
Buy one of these and the issue gets fixed.

Let’s be real—it’s just ink, and it feels overpriced for what it is. That said, it’s the best and most reliable option for the printer I have.
I’ve tried off-brand alternatives in the past, and they just didn’t work as well or caused issues. This one installs easily, prints cleanly, and doesn’t smudge or clog.
If you want peace of mind and print quality, this is the way to go—even if the price stings a little.
