I was pleasantly surprised at how well this vac is made and its overall performance, really great display and its ease of operation. Most importantly, in my case, after several weeks, I had a small problem. I contacted the manufacturer and explained what was happening. They responded to me the very next day and offered me advice and tips to help and they actually kept communications with me open showing concern for my satisfaction. They were very engaged in helping me, something not easy to find these days. They ultimately resolved my problem 100%. This vac works perfect and outperforms its most expensive competitor. I know firsthand. Biggest thing for me is there is NO TANGLING in the vac roller and no clogging. I recently tossed out my $650, brand name vac, like this style vac that was a pile of junk, as it had constant problems, from day 1 with tangling, clogging and getting to the filter. I really dreaded using it. At 67 years old I’m tired of getting stuck with junk. Not this time though. No more roller tangling and no more clogging with this vac. It has a Large capacity dirt container, fast battery charging, wall mount charging unit that you can hang the vac on, it’s easy to clean the dirt bin, easy to replace or clean the filter without any major effort or crazy disassembly to get to the filter, easy to maneuver, useable attachments, goes from hard flors to carpet to area rugs seamlessly as it adjusts automatically to the floor type. This is the way a vac like this should be made and should perform. A vac is really a pretty basic concept, not that complicated, yet so many others produce junk but this brand got it right. It’s made with quality in mind. I am extremely happy to highly recommend this vac. If this is the type of vac you need you shouldn’t hesitate to buy it. You will be happy with its performance. I’m so pleased and was treated so well that I’m more than happy to spend my time to write this review so it will hopefully help others.

Ottima aspirapolvere, leggera e agile, ad un prezzo conveniente. Ho apprezzato la capacità di aspirazione, la possibilità di scegliere tra tre livelli di potenza e una modalità auto che funziona veramente bene.
Non ho mai dovuto attivare la potenza massima, sono riuscito ad aspirare efficacemente usando solo il livello basso e il livello medio.
C’è inoltre la giusta quantità di accessori utili, che si possono comodamente appendere al sostegno da parete, una trovata davvero geniale.
La batteria ha inoltre un’ottima durata: aspirando 80mq di casa più tre balconi con potenza bassa e media, ho consumato solo due tacche su quattro: un ottimo risultato e quindi nessun problema futuro di autonomia.
Ottimo anche il metodo di svuotamento e pulizia: pratico e veloce.
Una chicca sono le pastiglie profumate, che rilasciano un piacevole profumo durante l’aspirazione. Non so però dove potrei trovarne di ricambio una volta che saranno terminate

For its price its pretty damn good and if you just need a simple cordless vacuum this one will do just fine. Although I hear there is a newer model now that is even better. Found this one searching on amazon and after watching Vacuum Wars review of it. Still I got this for like $150 which is great and its so useful having a cordless handheld vacuum. Everything from cobwebs in the ceiling, to bugs, to cleaning the car, and even the floor. The one thing I wish this came with was an upholstery brush attachment. Because it didn’t I ended up buying another handheld vacuum from another company just for that use case. The other thing that would make this better is some anti-tangle technology as many vacuums have these days. While the suction at max speed is pretty good for getting things I find that more often than not I’m always using max speed. I find that without using max speed it often fails to suck up what I want. I clean this thing out all the time too so it’s not like that’s the issue. On lower speeds I could go over something and my hardwood floors and it would sometimes fail to pick it up even in handheld mode. It is fairly easy to clean and empty which is good. Seems durable and isn’t too heavy or big for continued use. I like that I don’t have to hold down the trigger every time I want to use it as well. But I can tell this thing is not as powerful or good as you might get with a Dyson or shark vacuum. Still for something so cheap you get a lot for your money. We also find the fact that it stands up on its own very handy. It doesn’t seem to lock in that position when you do that, but just the weight of the handle over that part of the head seems to be enough to keep it from falling over. I do find that the brush head on the floor attachment does still collect and get hair wrapped around it which is a pain. Do I wish I bought a Dyson or more expensive vacuum? Yes, sometimes. But for small tasks here and there which happen often this thing is good enough. It’s not as good as I was hoping it would be, but at the same time for the price I paid for it, it performs better than I was expecting for a cordless vacuum. I don’t think you should buy this expecting it to replace the quality of a corded vacuum though. This is best for small tasks here and there. Hopefully their newer model performs better or does what I think this vacuum lacks.

Cela fait une petite semaine que j’ai fait l’acquisition de cet aspirateur et je suis plus que conquise par mon achat.
L’aspirateur est facile d’utilisation car léger et intuitif. Il dispose d’un écran tactile permettent de régler la puissance d’aspiration et il est aussi possible de laisser le mode AUTO détecter la puissance nécessaire selon le niveau de saleté. Il dispose également d’un éclairage au niveau de la tête, ce qui permet un nettoyage plus performant (moi qui ait un chat je suis ravie !) car on voit bien ce qui est sur le sol.
La batterie tient bien, je peux aspirer tout mon appartement sans problème. Il y a une fixation murale fournie dans le colis pour pouvoir poser l’aspirateur sur son chargeur en un clic (sinon on peut simplement le brancher en filaire).
Donc pour résumer, un petit bijou bien pratique, performant et non bruyant qui me rend la vie plus simple !
