I have only bought Dyson vacuums for 20+years. My last purchase from Dyson was 6/25. It was a nightmare from purchase to repair to refund. I did a lot of research on this Bissell machine. It seemed to be exactly what I needed. I will be honest I was not expecting this vacuum to be as good as my older Dyson machines. It is incredible! I love the suction, the lift off for cleaning carpeted stairs, easy empty dust bin. Works well on hard and carpeted floors, quiet and so easy to use.

This is a great vacuum. I have a short haired dog, but I’ve found that, often, they’re like long haired ones when it comes to shedding, and this vacuum has been performing like a champ. It’s a bit heavy, but all upright ones are. This seems to work far better than my old, much more expensive Dyson.

My household has four fluffy dogs and three fluffy cats so vacuuming every day is a must. I wore out my Shark vacuum so I needed a new one ASAP. I compared the same Shark as I’d been using with this Bissell and because the reviews on the Bissell were good I decided to take a chance and buy the Bissell.
So glad I did! The accessories are super easy to hook up and the furniture accessory has a small beater brush that picks up the fluff on the furniture easily. Very important with seven very fluffy fur kids.
I have hard floors with area rugs, the vacuum is awesome on the hard floors and literally amazing on the area rugs. The only downside is the suction is very strong so not as easy to push on the area rugs. But it pulls so much fine dirt out of the rug the extra effort is worth it.
I’d give it a hundred stars if I could! And I’m buying a second one for when I wear this one out.

My Hoover bit the dust, so tried Bissell for first time. Lightweight, easy to assemble, easy to empty canister, and great pet hair remover. Easy to maneurver.

I vacuum regularly, and I was shocked at how much this new vacuum picked up from a single rug! Granted, I have three children and 3 dogs, but still! I am so excited to have a vacuum that is lighter in weight, easy to use, and quite efficient.

Sucks so hard, that it’s hard to push at highest setting. Does clean and remove deep dirt when you are done. Is quite the work out though:-)

I can’t speak for the longevity of this vacuum as I just unboxed it, but my first impression is that this is a good purchase. Nothing like a new vacuum to show you how bad your old vacuum was. I just vacuumed my bedroom 3 times and probably could have gone another round or two. I have 2 cats, a short-haired and a medium-haired. I also have long hair that gets everywhere. This thing picked up EVERYTHING. I tried vacuuming the rug in my laundry room and this vacuum has so much suction that it kept sucking up the rug, even with the brush turned off.
I love that I have the option of using the brush or not and you can also adjust for the carpet thickness. I switched from a little stick vacuum so this one is obviously heavier, but it’s actually quieter.

I can’t say enough about this vacuum cleaner. My old vacuum cleaner of 22 years died and I was desperate looking for a new one. I did spend a few hours researching. I had reservations about this one but I’m glad I got it. The amount of dust this vacuum cleaner picked up left me in shock. It is corded which I personally prefer because I don’t want to be bothered charging a battery all the time. Where it collects dust is large. It has the ability to switch from my hardwood floors to my rugs. Plus it’s easy to clean. It is a little heavier than what I was looking for but I can’t complain because this vacuum cleaner is a powerhouse. If you’re looking for functionality it does come with tools for your couches and it’s also very durable. I would definitely recommend this to everybody and anybody especially if you have cats or dogs that shed.
