After many years of faithful service, my old upright vacuum was forced into retirement. After a LOT of clicking around, reading reviews, and watching videos, I decided to give the Bissell CleanView Compact Turbo a try. It was very easy to set up right out of the box, and it really impressed me during the first trial run. (And continues to impress five months later as I’m writing this.) It’s definitely lightweight and easy to handle, but has powerful suction, and it REALLY picks up the dust and pet hair from my medium height carpeting and the kitchen floor.
I’m especially impressed with all the attachments for the price point, and I love that the handle can be pulled out and used as an extension wand with any of the attachments for more cleaning versatility. It’s great for the sofa cushions, stairs, and for my dog’s favorite napping spot under an end table where an upright vacuum just can’t reach. I like the foot control for the on-off switch although it’s is a little bit on the small side – but hey, it’s a small vacuum.
I probably wouldn’t recommend it as the main vacuum cleaner for a large home just because of its size, but for an apartment or smaller place, it would be a great option. It’s absolutely perfect for my small house.

TLDR: easy to assemble, great suction, lightweight, long cord, easy to empty, multiple useful attachments. After using cordless stick vacuums for the last 4 years, this vacuum disgustingly amazed me with what it was able to pick up and how it revived my carpet. I had vacuumed just 4 days ago with the old vacuum and this is what it picked up on rounds 1, 2, and 3! It is slightly harder to maneuver than a stick vacuum and managing the cord takes a few minutes to adjust to but the power and quality much outweigh that. At less than half the cost of my old vacuum, I wish I would’ve switched to this years ago!

This sweeper is small but mighty. I have a one bedroom apt and it does the job. Very long cordage so it covers a large area. Very light weight and so easy to put together. It would be perfect for a dorm room also. I am so pleased with my purchase.

I love this vacuum cleaner for my rugs in my apartment, it’s small enough to put it in any corner of a room, it works great too, nice color, and it doesn’t make alot of noise while using it. The price was great too, I would recommend these product to anyone looking for a good small vacuum cleaner that’s living in a small apartment or room to buy this product. Also, it’s light weight too. I’m loving using it that’s why I can’t wait for my rug to get any dirt on it, so I can use my vacuum cleaner to clean it up fast and easy.

I love this vacuum cleaner. It works on most carpets and large rugs. It is lightweight enough for me to handle, which is a big deal for me. It is of good quality, easy to use, picks up dust pretty well, great value for the money, attachments work and store very easily.
Only issue I have is that it does not have enough to switch the vacuum / sucking power from carpet to hardwood floor. Otherwise, it’s perfect. Very easy to clean, but it’s a small so it will fill up pretty quickly especially if you have indoor pets.

I have to say I wasn’t expecting much. My vacuum went out and I was in between paychecks and had to have something, and I saw this one and thought if it was garbage I was only out a few bucks…. But I am quite impressed.
The vacuum goes from carpet to fabric flooring to rug to hardwood without any adjustments. Easy to empty, small enough to get under couches and tv stands, very nice suction and I will say it will pick up just about anything. The cord is long enough to start in the bedroom and end in the kitchen. I could throw away the broom if I wanted to, this vacuum picks everything up and the brush doesn’t fling the dirt, so truly I can vacuum the kitchen rather than sweep.
The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the hose is so short it renders the attachments pretty much useless. I mean you can use the attachment and carry the whole thing around because the vacuum is featherlight, but I had to give at least one con and that is the best I could do.
Easy to use, small so easy to hide in small closet or a corner, seems to be made well, easy to clean, super suction, I would absolutely buy this one again.
On a side note if you have a shop vac the hose will fit this one and you can make the hose long enough to use anywhere.

This arrived intact and on time. It is easy to assemble. mainly just put on the handle and hose. The hardest part was getting the pet turbo rack to stay in place. I used it right away and it cleaned up a mess of cat hair left behind from five cats who visited me this weekend. It also got up my dog’s hair and two other long haired dogs fur. It was as simple as the instructions say. I would buy it again if i had to. it is light weight which makes it nice for me. great quality and design.
