I was attracted to the subtle design and authentic look of this particular book box. The size and proportions are very natural looking and blend easily with the other vintage books in my bookcase. It does not call attention to itself in anyway, which is desirable. It is well constructed and should serve my purpose very well. I would recommend this product.

Book arrived damaged. I requested another one and it was slightly better but still damaged.

The box was damaged inside the shipping box. Don’t know what the bubble wrap was protecting as it was dented inside that plus the finish was lumpy. Not worth returning as it came internationally. Poor quality.
The seller contacted me & sent me another box-no charge. It was not as big as first one but acceptable. I find their customer service excellent. The second box is very nice.
