Easy to put together and looks nice but the screws for the legs are so hard to put on and two got stuck and wouldn’t turn! So I now only have two legs that can be attached properly… Hope they send me replacements.

Goes together with relative ease. All tools are provided (the Phillips head screw driver is more than adequately cushioned for your hand = dexterity doesn’t suffer); however, you may want to use a cordless screw driver for the repetitive screws that are needed for the top hinge and spring assemblies. The instructions are easy to understand, to the extent that if your twelve year old kid wants to help you out this together, you can turn everything over to them and let’em loose with no supervision and with no worries. Once together, it’s rugged as all hell and can withstand many-many years of use. The adjustable feet are constructed out of wooden floor-friendly material that won’t gouge or scratch.

This is the absolute perfect entryway bench!! It did take awhile to assemble, but the instructions are easy to follow. Iโve already had so many compliments on it! I love this!

All in all, great quality and way easier to build than some of the previous reviews lead me to believe. Only gripes had to do with the cabinet and they were minimal at best. The door jam had a gap that I filled with a piece of wood I had left from a project. And the back plate for the cabinet was not a full piece, but joined together with a piece of tape. Looked tacky so I covered it with some peel and stick paper I also had and made it the inside of the cabinet instead of facing outward per the instructions. Definitely worth the buy

Shoe bench is super cute, sturdy and easy to put together. It takes 1-2 hours but the instructions were very simple to follow. I was a little nervous to do the legs because a couple reviews said they struggled but I did not have an issue with them nor anything else. My husband is a size 13 and fits his shoes perfectly with even some room left. Also felt sturdy sitting on it. Itโs a great price for what you get. Would definitely recommend!

The item looks nice in person. Issue is I worry sometimes when I sit on it that It’ll break; I weight 165 pounds for reference. It will sometimes make cracking like noises when I sit. Additionally, it was tough to put together and I put a lot of furniture together all the time. Probably took over 2 hours to do it alone.
