I was amused.
I have critters. I like to wear black. Critters shed. Black clothes are hair magnets. That last bit is 100% why witches have always chosen black cats.
If you can move something back and forth you can remove random furs and linty bits. Side to side is not recommended or effective.
For serious. In an effort to be presentable I like to de-fur me before being around other humans. Or de-fur my furniture before other humans come over. This fur remover helps achieve that goal.
It really is as easy as moving the brush up and down. The hair is collected in a compartment you can empty as needed. That it. I give the velvety strip a wash with dish liquid and leave it to dry. I don’t think the washing is required, probably not even.

I use this on my sheets. comforter and couch. I do not have a pet, but I was told this would work on other surfaces. I suppose if you had a pet with long hair, it might work. This didn’t work for my needs. It is cheaply made. The rollers on either end didn’t move together. Just disappointed in the product. Overpriced as well.

This item works really well! It’s summer, and my pets are shedding like crazy. I have two cats and two dogs. The cats and our small dog are allowed on the furniture. It is a constant battle to remove their fur from my couch cushions. This has helped tremendously. It catches the fur inside it and is easy to empty with the push of a button.

To be quite honest I was not expecting it to work this well but as you can see it does indeed pick up the hair and store it in the compartment. I tried this on my rug before vacuuming it and have two black labs. The amount of hair that accumulates on my rug in just a matter of hours is ridiculous with my dogs. I figured what better test to give this thing then to run it across my rug a few times when it hasn’t been vacuumed in 3 days. It is not like a normal lint roller and you must run it back and forth kind of like a vacuum. When you turn it over you can’t really tell if it’s doing anything or not until you open the compartment on the back. Honestly I was not expecting to open the compartment and find but maybe a small hairball and in the picture it looks like the compartment is full but it is not. It is obviously doing a good job but the hair is curled around into like a cylinder shape and hollow in the middle. After taking this photo I did keep going and it will fill up the entire chamber. I gave it four stars because it does feel a bit flimsy plastic so I really don’t know how long it will hold up especially if one of my dogs is to get a hold of it somehow. I did not have too much hair on my clothing at the time of this but I did try it on my pants and it did take the hair off of them as well. It would be nice if they had a slightly smaller version which I feel would be a little easier to use on your clothes as this one is a little big to use on your shirt or something as you are wearing it. But I was very impressed and would say I could recommend this. one of my dogs does sleep in the bed and I normally will try and get as much hair off of my sheets before throwing them in the washer. I normally end up throwing it in the dryer before the washer on air fluff to get some of the hair off but decided to give this thing a try. It did an extremely good job at removing excess hair enough to where I felt it was safe to go ahead and just throw it straight in the washer. I actually might go ahead and pick up another one.
