I had some cutters like this for a long time … bought them on an expo and it came with an extra blade and an extra anvil strip … this lasted for a long time, when it finally broke I looked for a similar one, but only found the ‘ratcheting’ type … I didn’t like them … now I finally have one that is just like the one I had … and I am very happy, let’s hope it lasts as long as the old one did 🙂

Bought for my husband as he suffers with arthritis in his hands and specifically quite badly in his left thumb which being left handed is challenging for him with secateurs. He says these are comfortable, easy to use and extremely good at doing their job. Praise indeed!!!

Used once and the lock wouldn’t lock. Theses were expensive pruners. Waste of money. Bought a pair and so much better and less expensive.

The closure button which keeps these secateurs shut is very stiff, and I do struggle to close it. Not sure what hubby paid for them but would not expect to pay a premium price. Sharp though.
