I have been a vet tech for 13 years.
For a decently priced set of starter scissors for some on the side grooming jobs I am truly impressed by these.
They came packaged nicely and with a case.
Came with a device to adjust the screw and a cleaning cloth with some extra hair clips thrown in which was a nice little bonus. I used them for the first time on 3 extremely over due dogs ( golden retriever, and 2 schnauzer mixes) .
The scissors were extremely sharp and cut well.
Watch your fingers ! They will cut you.
The seller contacted me within a few days of receiving the package to check and see if everything was good with their product and some additional information on caring for the scissors. This is the first and only time I have got a message from the seller on a product I have purchased.
Very happy and will use them again !

Not so sharp. Big tufts of hair get moved aside by the blades instead of cutting like my other dog grooming scissors do, from another brand, that I previously bought individually. Returned these. Functionality is fair. Only fair quality, not easily usable. Too hard to work with.

I almost didn’t buy these since I had tried Gitmar’s and only one of the scissors was sharp enough to cut my dog’s hair. These were less money and I was afraid I would be stepping down in quality and cutting ability when I needed to step up. SO glad I took the chance – thank you Amazon for making returns easy, which makes me braver. These scissors have more weight and a solid feel. It makes them easier to hold as well as more comfortable to use; my hand did not get sore from trimming out my dogs HUGE (half St Bernard/half poodle) feet either. I have used all except the thinning shears. Each scissors opens and closes smoothly and cuts well. At first I thought the cleaning cloth was silly but having it in the kit makes me a better scissors owner because it is so easy to wipe them clean after use.

This is a complete set! Every thing I needed for trimming my dogs. The scissors were sharp, and the curved ones are very useful. I had no idea they were what I needed. I really wish the shears were a little sharper, but it could be the thick hair of my dogs. I have no complaints at all. My dog’s haver never looked so good. Great value for the money and it comes with a case to keep them all together!.

I am not a professional groomer, but I love these. Light weight on your hands, I like the curved ones, they’re nice around the toes and tips of the ears. The seem like good quality but I wouldn’t know. The grip is comfortable and I have a bit of arthritis.
