First the pros:
1) The blunt edge definitely helps prevent me from hurting my dog
2) The blade is sharp
3) Quality of material – feels sturdy
Cons:
1) The screw that holds the blades together gets loose relatively easy which ultimately decreases the cutting power of the scissors because the blades aren’t flush. I find myself having to retighten after 5 or 6 snips and it gets really annoying. If I buy a pair of scissors I should not have to grab a pair of pliers to fully tighten a screw during use (you can use your fingers to tighten the screw but it does not hold for very long). My dog has long hair and requires a good 1-2 hours of using my clippers and scissors to groom him properly and this inconvenience wastes quite a bit of time. DESIGN TIP: Add a locking mechanism to prevent the screw from backing out (simple solution would be to provide a thin locking washer). I really wanted to give this 5 stars but this was a big no no for me.

I groom my goldendoodle and these have been the best scissors to groom around her eyes and head.

I love this pair of scissors. They are easy and comfortable to hold and I don’t get a hand cramp while using them. They are rounded at the ends which is the main reason I bought them. It really helps when trimming around my goldendoodles face, in between toes and other sensitive areas.
Customer service was excellent. The scissors arrived at my door quickly after ordering them and well packaged, but for some reason the smaller of the two scissors blade was dull & wouldn’t cut. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me another pair and it cuts great.
I highly recommended this product. It makes for stress free trimming for both you and your pet. Happy trimming. 🐕🐶🐩

They’re a little hard cutting compared to my Fiskars scissors. The rounded tips is what I was after for making a safer cutting experience, when grooming my dogs. They do make for a safer cutting experience and they are a little cheaper than other brands.
