This is the second Sensarte skillet I’ve purchased. I bought my first one several months ago and am very happy about the product. There are no screw heads inside the skillet which can trap bacteria and are hard to get totally clean. Nothing sticks to the interior of the skillet although I usually add a bit of oil as the instructions suggest. The skillet also sits very firmly on the stove burner due to its weight (but isn’t too heavy at all). Plus it also has a flat bottom. I liked it so much that I wanted to get a smaller skillet as well. Since I already had one I thought it would be a waste of money, so I refrained. Last week I broke down and went ahead and ordered the Sensarte 8″ skillet and I really do like this one as well. My old not-Sensarte skillet is now in our Donation bag where I’m sure someone will appreciate having it. As for me, I’m now stuck on Sensarte products. Unexpected bonus: Each order came with a sturdy, quality screwdriver to add to our toolsets. P.S. I wasn’t requested to write a recommendation on this item. In fact it’s just the opposite. I like spreading the word about great products like these skillets (and screwdrivers. lol).

Have used it for a few weeks by now, it works quite well, doesn’t stick as badly with some items still sticking a bit but nothing that would require major scrapping etc, such as eggs sticking to the sides.
No lid, so nothing here.
handle material and length was good, feels comfy and it does it’s job, haven’t had it get hot which is also another plus.
Scratch resistance will have to hold on, as i’ve only had it for a few weeks so far.
Cooking capacity is decent for a 9.5 inch pan.
Very versatile, just don’t recommend putting in the oven with the handle in it, as that will limit the temperature you can use it with.
My only single con is that sometimes the center of the pan weight feels a bit off, like it’s off balance but not a major deal breaker, seem it more often when cracking eggs on the edge of tha pan, or when having something heavy on the outer edges and nothing in the center.

I got this to replace an old Teflon IKEA pan that started peeling. This is a nice upgrade. We needed something light weight and works on induction stove, and this works great. This 9-inch pan is just right to fry two eggs, or make a small omelette. Sometimes we use it for sausages or frying some vegetables.
Other reviews mention having to attach the handle. I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent quality screw driver that fits the screw perfectly. I just lined it up and screwed it together with tight pressure, but not so much to strip the screw threads. The handle is a solid fit and feels good in the hand. It has no lid, which I did not expect. Instructions say to avoid using metal tools or metal SOS scrubbing pads. We use silicon spatulas and scrub brushes which work fine.
Overall, I would say it’s a good deal and perfect for our needs.

So far loving the pan. Followed instructions ion how to put handle on, clean and heat. Handle fit perfectly and came with a really nice screw driver. So far nothing sticks. I start on low medium heat and add some oil, once it’s ready I cook my food. I used a silicone spatula, no need for scraping or anything like that. It has a nice weight to it, not clunky or heavy. Seems sturdy and durable. I got the 9in and it’s perfect for omelettes or quesadillas, a meal for 2-3 people. Couldn’t beat the price either so had to try! It’s also pretty.

Great for eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches…my main purpose. It was a nice bonus that a screwdriver came with it. Pan works great and cooks evenly. Very easy to clean. I prefer hand washing. Pans take up too much space in the dishwasher. I’ve only had it for about a month but so far so good. I only use it a couple times a week so should last for a while.
