for some time. I found the FireStick easily installed, much more practical because its router attaches to HDMI connection on back
of TV ( rather than the floating pod-style router

I can’t say enough good things about the Amazon Fire Stick—this little device completely changed the way I watch TV. If you’re still juggling remotes or stuck with a basic cable box, do yourself a favor and upgrade to this.

Absolutely hands down the worst purchase ever from Amazon & we spend an inordinate amount of money with Amazon. These Amazon fire sticks are an absolute joke. Save yourself a lot of time, aggravation and money. We have solid cable service from a reputable company however, these fire sticks do not do what they are supposed to. I will gladly change my review to positive if I could get some product support which was next to non-existent. When I did call, the support was as clueless as myself. I could hear him typing and searching for possible solutions and he simply didn’t know how to fix our issue. We continue to get a Decoder Error. The volume goes out or the cable just times out. I have no problem with the other TVs with a cable box but the TVs with fire sticks were a complete waste of money & they do not work. Would nice to get some customer support that could rectify the constant Decoder Error issue. How does Amazon sell a product and not have proper customer support in place to help assist customers resolve their issues…
